“This is the mentality. This is the kind of person that tomorrow she will get married,” she said.

Thank you! I saw the video on TT and went through her page. There are videos of her every Sunday and nothing remotely indecent. The only thing I saw was a curvy woman. That little girl needs to checked! Her envy is either genetic or groomed.

Dressing decently as a woman is not only about the length of your dress or skirt. How much the clothes cling to your body also matters. Your dress may be long and still project your curves and show all the movement your bumbum makes when you walk.

Even the Google definition of decent/modest dressing for females don't just talk about clothes beneath the knees. It actually emphasises on free/loose fitting clothes.

So my conclusion is that the teenager may most likely be right here.

It's not about tieing scalf and wearing long clinging clothes. Modest dressing is about covering up properly and toning down attention on your sexual parts.
