Tinubu inherited years of unpaid pensions owed to PHNC, Nigeria Airways, etc. He never gave excuses. He took over and resolved them. The Sunrise and Mambilla dam issue has been there since 2003. Tinubu did not shy away from it. He took it to arbitration in Paris and got it resolved. That is leadership. Nigeria surely does not need a leader that will leave the problems he inherited unresolved for another 8 years. No no no no.

If he was a wiser politician who wasn't driven by emotions, he could have tolerated Obi at best or simply turned a blind eye to avoid the current back and forth, like Obiano largely did. Anambra people vote for APGA at the state level, but Obi at the national level. Again, with NDC, just as it happened with LP, we expect those who are on the back of Obi at the national level - Victor Umeh, Tony Nwoye - to retain their seats, along with members of the state assembly. Soludo has a very huge headache with Obi’s popularity in Anambra state. His little appearance anywhere in Anambra state commands huge crowds and troubles traffic. Anambra north where Tony Nwoye comes from is a total Obi zone.

I think Soludo may become politically irrelevant, just like Obiano and Mbadinuju after 2030, if he does not play his game well. Soludo desperately needs APC for his political survival, but that won’t happen in Anambra state.

Water Corporation staff are still owed as at today more than 5years into Soludo tenure and 14 years after Obi term and over 20 years since the problem started

to answer the main question you posed to the moniker quoted , no the issue of unpaid salaries and pensions by water corporation workers was not resolved during Obi's tenure . Already his simpleton he calls on-line spokesman are already here scoring own goals in defending another of his maladministration past by saying the issue pre-dated him. Really ? Which of the many challenges bedevilling our country was Obi's making ? Is it economy, security, heath sector or energy sector?
