I’m a first-time user of the Bamboo app. I deposited money into the app specifically to buy the Dangote IPO, but unfortunately, I couldn’t complete the purchase because of security questions.

The frustrating part is that I also cannot withdraw my funds from the app to use elsewhere.

I contacted Bamboo’s AI Help, which appears to be the only available support option, but I couldn’t get a solution. The AI advised me to send an email to the Support and Fraud Desk, which I did. However, after sending several messages, I have received no response.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Is there any reliable way to contact Bamboo directly?

If I cannot buy the IPO through the app, I should at least be able to withdraw my own funds before it becomes too late to participate in the IPO.

I have a similar ongoing issue with first bank.

They created a virtual account for me to pay for the IPO, I did, but got the response that the transaction failed I should try again.

I tried again, and it went through , I only discovered later that I was debited for the first transaction. I have called them 4 times since Tuesday, no resolution yet, all they are telling me is that they are working on it, they have escalated it, etc.

I need my money for another purpose, and I am in limbo now.

Calm down this dangote ipo shares is basically everywhere I would say hold on a bit I don't know anything about it but I definitely don't like following trends. Just because everyone is getting it doesn't mean it would sell.

Just like hamster,xcoin and memfi it's not guaranteed it could decline in years to come.

I had similar issue on the 14th but it was resolved within 24hrs after contacting support's desk. Hopefully they reply you soon, but try finish up with the security questions.

Even people that don't know a thing about stocks are rushing to buy Dangote shares, thinking that with just a few hundreds of thousands worth of shares, that Dangote will make them multi-millionaires in a year or two. Lol, they don't even know that it takes many many years for a share to add value, that's if it will even add value at all at all sef. Some will even start loosing value with time and will never recover. Infact, there's no much difference between Stock trading and Sports betting. Stock trading is just professional betting. Nigerians and following the bandwagon eh, why not first consult with a professional Stockbroker, who wants to tell you the truth oo, before rushing with the bandwagon?

I nearly made this your mistake, but JESUS helped me out by giving users reviews on Google app download . And of course, by His grace, I don't download apps without STUDYING the reviews. The next bet thing to do is ti escalate it to the CBN. Mention me if you need the link. I just dragged Keystone through wotowoto. Don't believe if they tell you CBN will not act., you'll be surprised they'll act promptly and usefully. You have to contact FCCPC too. Seek their contact from Google AI.

I read it yesterday that the stampede for Dangote Refinery shares caused Bamboo to crash.

They will surely get it up and doing, as many people both in Nigeria and outside depend on the Bamboo app.
