UNGA: This Is Why Tinubu Won’t Attend! by Bigkoko(op): 8:28am On Sep 19
A reflection on Nigeria, international justice and the consequences of believing that power can protect you everywhere.

There is a dangerous misconception among some powerful Nigerians: that because they have witnessed institutions being weakened, compromised or manipulated at home, the same can be expected of institutions elsewhere.

That assumption can prove extraordinarily costly.

In countries with established legal systems, allegations involving serious criminal conduct can trigger investigations, civil proceedings, financial scrutiny and, where the legal requirements are satisfied, arrest and prosecution.

Political office, wealth, influence and international connections do not automatically provide immunity from the laws of another country.

Of course, no country’s institutions are perfect. Developed economies have their own histories of corruption, institutional failures and unequal treatment. But the existence of those shortcomings does not mean that every legal process can be manipulated or that powerful individuals are beyond accountability.

THE HUMAN COST OF CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE
Consider the devastating consequences of illicit drug trafficking.

Across communities worldwide, people and families have suffered from addiction, organised criminal activity, financial exploitation and the wider social consequences of illegal drug markets.

Behind every statistic is a human being. Behind every affected family is a story of lost opportunity, financial hardship, illness or grief.

The profits generated by organised criminal networks can be substantial, while the social costs are borne by communities that often have the fewest resources to respond.

Where credible evidence establishes that individuals, businesses or public officials have facilitated such activity, accountability must follow through lawful and impartial processes.

No one should be above the law.

And no institution should be expected to abandon its responsibilities merely because the individuals under scrutiny are influential.

As our ancestors understood, inheritance is not merely about receiving wealth, position or a name.

It is also about inheriting wisdom.

If we inherit the blood of our ancestors, we must also inherit the wisdom that goes with it.

NIGERIA AND THE QUESTION OF ACCOUNTABILITY

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu occupies one of the most consequential public offices in Africa.

The decisions made by his administration affect millions of Nigerians, domestic businesses, international investors and the country’s relationships with its economic partners.

That is precisely why questions concerning transparency, institutional integrity and the rule of law deserve serious attention.

Public office brings responsibility. It also brings a legitimate expectation that matters of public interest will be addressed with evidence, candour and respect for due process.

BIGKOKO, CROSS-BORDER LITIGATION & CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY

The founder of Bigkoko Group and the Truth Over Empire Initiative has described involvement in litigation concerning commercial interests, corporate conduct and matters with potential implications for British economic interests.

The underlying disputes, as described by the parties involved, concern questions that extend beyond an ordinary commercial disagreement.

They raise broader issues about the relationship between corporate power, accountability, access to justice and the ability of smaller organisations to challenge established commercial interests.

These are matters that should be assessed against the relevant documents and legal records.

The principle is straightforward: the size of a company should not determine whether its legitimate claims deserve to be heard.

Where allegations concern public officials, political representatives or their associates, those allegations should be investigated impartially.

Tinubu won’t attend UNGA, according to Sahara Reporters.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR NIGERIA?

For Nigerians, the larger question is institutional.

What happens when businesses, investors and public officials lose confidence in the predictability of the law?

What happens when people believe that influence matters more than evidence?

What happens when accountability is perceived as selective?

The consequences can extend well beyond individual cases:

• Investors may become more cautious about committing capital.

• Businesses may face higher compliance and financing costs.

• Public confidence in institutions may deteriorate.

• International partnerships may become more difficult to sustain.

• Ordinary citizens may lose confidence that the law protects them equally.

These are not merely political questions. They are questions about economic development, social stability and the future of Nigeria’s institutions.

THE BOTTOM LINE.
The appropriate response to serious allegations is evidence, independent scrutiny, fair proceedings and respect for the law.

Nigeria’s future depends, in part, on building institutions that command confidence at home and credibility abroad.

The rule of law must not depend on who you are, how much money you have or which office you occupy.

And perhaps the most important lesson is this:

Power may open doors. It cannot legitimately replace evidence, due process or the law.

Re: UNGA: This Is Why Tinubu Won’t Attend! by Bigkoko(op): 8:34am On Sep 19
People, especially corrupt Nigerians thought the way, they bastardised their own institutions, that is how other countries bastardised theirs.

They have no clue to the effect that the law in developed countries treat everyone equally and arrests can be enforced on powerful individuals who broke the laws especially crimes that ruin lives like drug trafficking.

There are millions of people in the developed world, who are junkies due to merchandise pushed into the streets by powerful people.

Some of these people have act further by putting of their own fellow traffickers in leadership positions, some are ruling countries. Others are heading the judiciary and some are in law enforcement agencies. And, It’s a well oiled criminal network.

Our ancestors told us, that if you inherited the blood of your ancestors, you should also inherit the wisdom that goes with it too.

The Nigerian president Bola Ahmed Tinubu is in a tough position right now! Say a prayer for him.

He was summoned to UK to explain how a litigation funded by the founder of Bigkoko Goup & Truth Over Empire Initiative is putting British economic interest in Jeopardy. They do not understand how a supposedly small company could mount a challenge to oil cartels in Europe, with active investigations against powerful oil company directors ongoing, and so far, the founder seems to be having the upper hands.

And also, inspite of all matter of investigations, they just can’t pin any illegality on the company or the founder, besides a business gone wrong, involving a thousand pounds…..yes a thousand British pounds, which the company backed with it’s integrity!

Soon after Tinubu left London for France, his spokesman, Senior Special Assistant on Media, Bayo Onanuga was let loose, gathering and urging trolls against the Bigkoko Group, all in a bid, to influence, harass, intimidate a witness in a high profile case under investigation in Europe. I’m sure they’re unaware it’s a crime to do this.

Now, Sahara reporters have announced Bola Ahmed Tinubu won’t be attending the United Nations General assembly (UNGA) holding in New York City US. I understand that The Nigeria president is supposed to be the 10th speaker…:but he won’t attend. Why? Bola Ahmed Tinubu faces arrest if he dare step feet on US soil. He won’t be attending.

Even with his ally in power, POTUS Joe Biden, Bola Ahmed Tinubu was treated like a pariah. No leader wanted to get close to him. No leader wants to be seen by him. They treated him like an outcast, which some say he deserved.

He is embroidered in a certificate forgery allegations. His primary & secondary school history is unknown, after unsuccessfully lying about them.

He is embroidered in heroin trafficking allegations. In back then, Chicago, it is alleged he forfeited $460,000 to the US govt, money linked to drug trafficking, cut a deal and sold out his fellow traffickers to save his skin!

He is fighting tooth & nail, begging the honourable Judge Merlyn Howell not to order a release of his records, which according to the DC Lobbying Firm, Von Batten, includes criminal investigations.

Ask yourself why the president of the 3rd largest economy in Africa, who likes to globetrot suddenly grew cold feet to attend a global summit for world leaders?

Bola Ahmed Tinubu may be arrested if he dare step feet on US soil. All it takes was for Von Batten to make some complaint concerning the drug trafficking he allegedly partook in on US soil, and the forfeited $460,000!

What does this tell you as a Nigerian? You are cooked! A druggist with ties to criminal cartels in Europe is on the loose, and it will only get worse!

All world leaders will be at the UN Assembly sessions except Tinubu the Nigerian president!

Even Kim Jong of North Korea will attend.

Even the Taliban leader of Afghanistan will attend.

That one from Syria will mount the stage......

Only the drug bagman in Aso Rock won't be attending. Pity. Could it be that protector Emmanuel Macron couldn't broker a deal to save his ass? grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
Re: UNGA: This Is Why Tinubu Won’t Attend! by Bigkoko(op): 9:37am On Sep 19
Countries showcase their presidents on the biggest political gathering on earth : the UN General Assembly.

Nigeria's president is hiding because he will disgrace the country on the international stage or is afraid Judge Merlyn Howell would order for his arrest.

What a shame!

Tinubu will be at the front role at UNGA, the developed world does not reason like you people with obvious hatred.
UNGA will come and go and Tinubu will win 2nd term. The earlier you accept the better just like 2023.

I am not a fan of Tinubu but I saw thread where someone accused you of failing to refund his 1000 dollars and I saw your tacky response where u rather chose to accuse him of being a terrorist and telling him you will pay him when you like ...please how different are you from Tinubu like this now
Re: UNGA: This Is Why Tinubu Won’t Attend! by Bigkoko(op): 9:57am On Sep 19
Tinubu fear!

How an arrest can happen!

If the U.S. Executive Branch/OVAL OFFICE, officially withdraws recognition of a foreign leader due to drug ties ..... U.S. domestic courts will rule that the individual is not legally a head of state and therefore does not qualify for immunity. Arrest will be swift. This occurred historically with Panama's Manuel Noriega.

In the United States, head-of-state immunity is governed by federal common law, not a specific statute or amendment. Courts historically defer heavily to the U.S. State Department's recommendation on whether to grant immunity.

The Ker-Frisbie Doctrine is a U.S. judicial precedent establishing that American courts can legally try a criminal defendant regardless of how they were brought to U.S. soil—even if their capture or extraction violated international law or treaties.

The trap was already set.... Judge Howell has sighted the records....but Big mouth Von Batten is very poor at baiting mice with cheese. He went to town thinking pride will make a c0ward risk arrest on US soil even though he is an illegitimate president.

I wouldn't even want president Tinubu to attend the event because Trump is not a better person to sit around with.

Meanwhile, the opposition are just being petty because the same president Tinubu attended the 79th general meeting in New York

Who asks you what you Supports? Guilty conscience? grin grin grin grin grin grin grin I didn't taste the meat, but I shared it with my teeth. cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

You can say all you want.... but don't ever in your life compare with Tinubu the drug dealer.

I understand paid trolls got checkmated.... because they didn't know, understand or briefed on why Bayo Onanuga, the Senior Special Assistant to the president of the 3rd largest economy in Africa, Bola Ahmed Tinubu became aggressively and personally involved in matters surrounding one thousand pounds through an individual linked to Islamic terrorism in Kwara State. We don't share security report on an anonymous website.

It actually concerns the reason the Nigeria president Bola Ahmed Tinubu was summoned to London...... take a look at the attached pictures. That's why! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

It is noted and has been forwarded to the courts... that the Nigerian president Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is trying to intimidate, harass or manipulate a witness in a high profile investigation concerning St1 Refinery AB, Shell Plc and BP Plc. And a parallel case at Swedish Supreme Administrative court.....

The treacherous British government in London tried but failed to influence our case against Shell Plc, BP Plc and St1 Refinery AB......is it a government run by drug dealers that would be able? You guys reeks of unimaginable pride which has corrupted your way of thinking.

Maybe you also need to know about the case at the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court..... take a look!

And Bola Ahmed Tinubu pleaded, "Severe, irreparable harm will be done to me if Chicago university releases my records, Tinubu begs U.S. senior judge" in September 2023.......during the said UNGA MEETING.

Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu can prove critics wrong by attending the UNGA MEETING now.

A trap of front seat with Trump for Tinubu was rebuffed by Tinubu, so the bullet was dodged. Had it been Tinubu made the mistake of attending the ONGA, he would have been docked.

The difference between him and TINUBU is because TINUBU is occupying a public office, while he is not, so I think we should focus on those that are in charge of our common wealth and future.
don't get me wrong, I don't support criminality, but let's face the relevant ones first
