A government that operate like a Criminal organization will be defeated. It has happened before and it will happen again. Sizing children from their mom just to get back at the dad is crime...... unlike Nigeria where acts are overlooked, I'm sure the culprits will be caught.

We now have a suspect that attempted to kidnapped my son yesterday! He is a Nigerian, and May have acted alone or paid proxies on behalf of the Nigerian Govt to snatch my son yesterday in Kigali!

The whole area was mobilized and local town crier involved. And the child was found abandoned far from the house!

Probably they left the child before they could be caught!
