What about the holy Spirit? Does he not inspire genuine pastors anymore? So we have now resorted to idolatry without even realizing it. May God have mercy upon us and save us from what's coming because it will be terrible.

Hmmmmmm.....I do use ai to prepare Bible teaching, but I edit as much as possible and pray over it to allow myself feel free in teaching the material as Anointed.

It's a different thing to download materials and teach verbatim without praying.

Ai doesn't inspire me to teach,the holy Spirit does.

I sometimes use ai to prepare Bible teaching from inspiration, i edit as much as I can and pray so I can teach anointed.

Ai isn't bad, it's just computerized information available at our easiest disposal.

No, sermon is not an academic lecture, it must be from The Spirit of God. A pastor must prayerfully study the scripture himself and meditate on the scriptures.

Here's the right order:

1. Stay in your secret place and meditate on the very word of God, and as you pray, he will breathe the THEME he wants you to preach about.

2. Search the scripture, yourself not AI.

3. Now, you can then use AI as reference tool not as a main source of inspiration for preparation of your sermon.

I hope you remember the meaning, again: 'Artificial' intelligence.

AI should be a tool for research not primary source.

AI does inform. AI doesn't and cannot inspire.

You, too, would feel fireless and so your congregation when the message source is something NOT divine.

The message could be well articulated; but will be devoid of fire, anointing and power.

I agree, but don't pastors use Bible compendiums and concordance to study the Bible?

What's wrong in using ai as a guide to study the Bible??

Ai cannot replace the Bible, I still study my Bible, I only use ai occasionally as a guide.

However it's wrong to lift chunks of ai material to preach without editing.

I am trying to modify my original post but I can't.

Many of the responses I have gotten on this thread tells the reason why Nigeria remains/will remain a very corrupt, crime-ridden society. It exposes the fact that many people go to church for going sake. It also shows the reason why, despite the high number of spiritual centres in the country, crime is on the rise.

Many people go to church but don't know the reasons they are there. How can any spiritually-minded person say nothing is wrong with an AI-inspired sermon? Like, we nor just serious for this country at all!
