They should, like everyone else, be required to earn their keep while also paying for whatever crime they committed. It is unfair system that has taxpayers working their butts off to carry themselves as well as those who violate the law. 😒😒

1. Again, as I have repeated time and time again, the Justice system focusing primarily on ensuring that all those who violate the law are met with equal and just consequence/repercussions/punishments for crimes comitted against society. 😒😒

2. You cannot deter a human being from doing exactly what he has intended to do. You can attempt to deter, but if a human has decided to kill another, chances are over 50% that he would carry out exactly that. That much is common sense to those paying attention so far. 😒😒

The Law- the social contract between individuals in a society... instead serves as an agreement allowing the legal system and justice system to enforce restrictions and penalties against those who attempt to violate the contract. When the law is strictly enforced, it results in quick removal, prosecution, and sentencing of all those who violate that social contract to the full extent of the law. Crime will always exist... no question about that. However, ensuring that all crime will be punished is the responsibility of the law and the Justice system.😒

4. Is it me, or do you not understand the meaning of the word retributive? It literally means a fair penalty repaid for a crime. That is exactly what the justice system is about, and I have had to repeat this to you over 5 times now.
And it is the system that maintains order. It does not prevent crime because crime prevention is beyond the purview of the Justice system. Again, I have mentioned this several times now. 😒

5. It is literally in the definition of justice that the concerns of family members of the victims are not included. However, my advise is that there is a realm bigger than this present reality we are living, so when making decisions one must factor in realities of that realm. So try and get access to that realm so your bitterness don't destroy. There is actually purpose in everything including forgiveness. Even in prison she was documented as being violent.
