We didn't send you to advocate a demented Peter Obi for us? When will Edo man be President? Is it not inferiority complex affecting VDM?

This guy is quite dull mentally, thinks like a toddler

By 2027 we will be hearing new insults and names to give tinubu

Whoever thought kanu will be jailed and everyone will be ok, this obi noise will finally rest in 2027
The problem with people like you is that in your mind Peter Obi has no right to contest the election whether he is the right man for the job or not as long as Tinubu is in the ballot.

Some people think that only Hausa , igbo and Yoruba should be president.

We have many other tribes and we should stop tribalism of the presidency.
But Jonathan is Ijaw na .

Those other tribes need to position themselves too. Power is not given , but taken. Grab it , snatch it and run away with it.
Re: VeryDarkMan Calls For Igbo Presidency In 2027 (Video) by Dennisochampa: 6:08pm On Sep 24
So it's not about what's good for the nation... It's now about tribe.....lol.... U go see those wen deh bash am before from igbo tribe begin love the guy now because he called for igbo presidency... Omóh ehn. I'm not surprised Nigerians are easily decieved by politicians.... We operate on a very high level of sentiments, emotions and mediocrity in Nigeria... That's why we can vote for someone because he's building coastal road... Or he has one shoe... Or he cleans toilets, or he pays nelfund.... Normal things in other nations become a standard in Nigeria.....

Honestly I go like make the country divide... Both tinubu, obi, atiku, sowore... Make all of them get tat... As long as none of them built their states of origin to become like dubai.. Make all of them get tat........ Make them divide Nigeria in a peaceful way.. No blood shed.....

Igbo presidency is a misnomer. Just as there is no Yoruba presidency or Hausa presidency or Kanuri presidency, the argument for Igbo presidency does not make sense.

You are Nigerian president and not president of any ethnic group.

Now, the person they are promoting as the Igbo candidate in 2027 may have set Igbos quest for national politics by several years. Obi won Lagos in 2023 and Atiku won Osun in 2023 (Tinubu's zone). Tinubu won Borno in 2023 (Atiku's zone). No politician got 25% in Obi's zone. So Obi can win other zones, but other candidates cannot perform well in his zone?

The way the southeast voted in 2023 sent a clear message to the other regions that Obi was an Igbo project. That is the easiest way to undersell him.

Any Igbo man who wants to play national politics must first integrate nationally. Tinubu did that with Atiku (2007), Ribadu (2011) and Buhari (2015). How has Obi integrated himself? Is it by building boreholes? Is it by eating Iftar during Ramadan? Is it by paying condolences? Is it by saying things that he has no plans?

Let us remove Nigeria for the moment. If there is a hypothetical Igbo nation, will Igbos allow Obi lead it?

In 2027, Obi would likely go for a second term if he wins. No one believes his only one-term tale. If Atiku wins in 2027, he would disrupt the ambitions of his compatriots in the north who may want to run in 2031. So many politicians may prefer Tinubu as he is sure to complete his tenure in 2031. Nigerians see that the opposition has no alternatives. Atiku who was overpromising suddenly stopped, When Charles Aniagolu asked Kenneth Okonkwo how Atiku's subsidy would be implemented, Kenneth Okonkwo said since subsidy was removed without a plan, subsidy would be brought back without a plan. Kenneth Okonkwo wanted to be Atiku's running mate o.
@ the bolded YES, and seeing Tinubu's 4 year remaining tenure as a good reason to reelect him is the same thing as trading competence for tribal and regional reasons

I personally have issues with POs elocution, articulation and firmness at National leadership level.

However, amongst all the contestants in the Presidential Elections in '27, his records and credentials are the cleanest and most untainted.

Nigeria needs an accepted reputation standard in front of the Globe and it starts from the head.

Integrity is a currency and attracts FDIs translating into economic growth & prosperity.

According to Robert Greene, Author of "48 Laws of Power" quoted one of laws thus ; Your integrity is everything guard it with your life!.

Peter Obi will be bringing Integrity to the table, Integrity is a currency on the global stage.

Ask Mandela, Pope, Mother Theresa, Kim John Hun etc.

VDM must be an Igbo man claiming to be from Edo State.

No one from the South South should vote for a South East president.

The Midwest Invasion of 1967

Intro:
The Midwest Invasion of 1967 or Midwest Offensive, codenamed Operation Torch, was a military operation between Nigerian and Biafran military forces during the Nigerian Civil War. The invasion began on August 9 when 3,000 Biafran soldiers led by General Victor Banjo crossed the River Niger Bridge into Asaba.

Plans were drawn for the Biafran 12th Battalion to continue its advance towards Lagos and Ibadan. However, it was cripplingly delayed due to arguments between Ojukwu and Victor Banjo on whom to appoint as governor of the Mid-West, giving Gowon enough time to assemble a defensive line in the west. Also, during the occupation there was widespread hostility between native Urhobo-Isoko, Ijoid and Itsekiri people against the occupying Igbo soldiers. Igbo and native militia groups launched hit and run and reprisal raids against each other. In an attempt to ease tension, Ojukwu proclaimed the Republic of Benin (1967) under governor Albert Okonkwo on September 19, only for Nigerian troops to enter Benin the next day on the 20th, ending the new republic's 24 hour span.

Ejoor was able to escape to Lagos while Ogbemudia briefly went underground organizing a resistance movement composed of people disaffected by the invasion. He later left for Army Headquarters, Lagos and joined the Murtala Mohammed led Second Infantry Division on a counterattacking mission to Midwest. On 20 September 1967, troops led by Ogbemudia seized Benin city from Biafran forces.

Ogbemudia was appointed Military administrator of Mid-West state in September, 1967 following the liberation of state from the Biafra invaders forces.[8] Promoted to Lt. Colonel, Ogbemudia was appointed Military Governor of the state on 26 October 1967.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

The Midwest Invasion of 1967 or Midwest Offensive, codenamed Operation Torch,[1] was a military operation between Nigerian and Biafran military forces during the Nigerian Civil War. The invasion began on August 9 when 3,000 Biafran soldiers led by General Victor Banjo crossed the River Niger Bridge into Asaba. Upon reaching Agbor, the Biafrans split up. With the 12th Battalion moving west capturing Benin City and Ore, the 18th Battalion swung south, taking Warri, Sapele and Ughelli, while the 13th Battalion headed north for Auchi, Agenebode and Okene. Simultaneously, a plot to capture Mid-Western Governor David Ejoor at his home in Benin failed. Nevertheless, the Biafrans, meeting virtually no resistance, had seized the entire Mid-Western Region in less than 12 hours.

Plans were drawn for the 12th Battalion to continue its advance towards Lagos and Ibadan.

The Biafran situation rapidly deteriorated following a Nigerian attack by Murtala Muhammed's 2nd Division at Ore, forcing the Biafrans to immediately retreat. In a large pincer movement, another Nigerian force headed south from Auchi towards Benin, as Benjamin Adekunle's 3rd Marine Commando division landed at Warri and promptly took Ughelli and Sapele. Benin was liberated in a three pronged attack from North, West and South which met little resistance. Biafran troops that were able to retreat fled across the Niger River Bridge into Biafra, destroying it afterwards. Those that were cut off abandoned their weaponry and uniforms and blended into the civilian population until it was safe to return east.

Ogbemudia was appointed Military administrator of Mid-West state in September, 1967 following the liberation of state from the secessionist Biafran forces.[8] Promoted to Lt. Colonel, Ogbemudia was appointed Military Governor of the state on 26 October 1967.

If the Benin Kingdom have not gone to war with the British in 1897 no way would Biafra have dared to invade the Mid-West in 1967.

Very DAFT man!Very DULL man! While nobody is against Igbo presidency,Peter Obi is not the Igbo man to hold that position. He lacks the intellectual capacity and vision to make nigeria a better country. That being said, maybe Alex Otti or some other very sharp Igbo men in politics will be better running for presidency!

For once I agree with VDM.

We need to experience an Igbo presidency so we can see what can be done differently.

If we hadn't experienced an Obasanjo presidency, we'd have thought the Yorubas are incapable of giving productive leadership.

But even Obasanjo's grace is not enough to appease us for the rubbish that Iragbiji b*stard is doing at Aso rock. Same way that iguana from daura made nonsense of Yaradua's brief but sterling legacy.

It's time we tried the Igbo leadership, no ifs or buts💀.

If Tinubu and his supporters know what peaceful coexistence means, they should have known that Tinubu stole the turn of the Igbo in 2023. Because OBJ used the turn of the Yoruba between 1999-2007.

That's the sensible thing any nigerian is supposed to be asking for after all these years of misrule from leaders from the south west and the north but am sure tribal and religious bigots will still not agree.
