Hello.

I have a question please.

Do you know how someone can get employed inside a radio station?

I want to be presenter. I can still take other roles in the radio.
okito:
Observations:

Ruth: I think she also worked in NNPC NAPIMS at a time cos I recall seeing her there sometime ago.
Siene: She was later know as Siene Razaq-Lawal as she got married as a Newscaster.

On a personal note, all of them I had the privilege of interacting with in the 90s when I partook in various TV programs in NTA. Very sweet and posh ladies even back then.

The reason they are doing well is that most work in more than one station, and majority might be in charge of marketing department.

Some companies or churches buy "airtime" to showcase goods and services, and they get a cut, with the majority going to the management.

That's why you hear some company jingles before a sponsored program or you'll hear something like "Today's program is sponsored by Chikam Furnitures".

They are being paid annual leave, and 13th month salary.

Most invest in real estate and agriculture. Some work for politicians and governors. Some work part-time, especially the sports guys and those doing night shift. Some have thriving businesses too. They are doing great for themselves.

In other words, they get extra cash from side-gigs and allowances which helps improve their financial status apart from the main salary.

I appreciate.
