It is a norm to have the lower class in any society in the entire world.

Exploiting their situation is the crime against humanity.
But isn't it the work of any elected leadership to ameliorate that poverty and hunger you so lucidly referenced?

It is unfair to ask a man to drop his ambitions for the aspirations of another sha.

But if Atiku could really just throw his weight behind the People's Choice, he'll actually earn his place as a True Statesman in the immortal history of Nigeria, post-Tinibulation.

Alas! Everyone thinks they're the Chosen One that can save everyone else.
Do you mean someone that came second should drop ambition to someone that came third?

Atiku will heal Nigeria for good. No one can call him a tribal or religious bigot. He is Pan-Nigerian to the core.

He has done that before (for tinubu) and he's still working tinubu as it stands.
If Peter obi will step down, watch as atiku will chicken put. Atiku's presidential ambition is for 2031. He just wants to stay relevant while reducing obi votes, giving tinubu upper hand

Yes! Every government in the world has been trying to that and it has not eliminated poverty.

Atiku taking advantage of their situation is the crime against humanity which the ICC needs to investigate.

But according to several verified statistics, more Nigerians are poor and hungry today than was the case just three years ago, so would you exactly say this government has made "productive efforts towards eliminating poverty"?

We have to look at the history of countries that made economic U-turns that’s changed their course!

Miley me bring the latest to the table which is China. China faced same hardship when they made that U-turn. It was a generation that sacrificed what China is enjoying today. Not that they are free from debt or do not have issues unattended to, but they have been able to stand at par with the USA.

Same Asiwaju is doing. Sacrifices we have made and better times are guaranteed.

Change is not instant, it’s a gradual process!

I agree with you.

But do you agree that it is unreasonable and insensitive for a leadership that seeks to make the "economic u-turn" you've pointed out, to be expressly involved in the wanton fleecing of that same economy?

And did the China you so graciously mentioned, implement sharp austerity measures without first putting out economic cushions for citizenry support?

I will want you to read about China, I mean the point they decided to move forward. It was isn’t easy. It was deadly!

I won’t say His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) administration is completely devoid of corruption, but I can guarantee it’s at the minimal.

Corruption and democracy are twin brothers! You can never separate those two. The people who voted and supported you will get kick backs.

Do you want us to use the US has a case study? Trust me, we are learners in corruption.

The corruption in this administration is at the minimal? Lol. Okay.

With the facts we've both agreed on, do you now agree that this government has not done much to reduce societal hunger, but has rather worsened the realities, further contributing to the pitiable state of the masses and putting them in a beggarly enough state to be exploited by other political state actors🙂?

You questioning me about instantaneous effects. It never happens anywhere!

China did not become great overnight! India did not get to where they stand today overnight.

Our perseverance is our strength now. Our love for those to come after us is the reason for the sacrifices we make today.

No country has eradicated poverty! Ask people in UK and USA. People ready to kill for the bearest minimum.

We are moving…

I outrightly disagree!

With a population of over 200 million! What cushion was expected?

That we return to subsidy on energy?

It is economically impossible on the drive to greatness.

Compare us to any county and put population on the table.

Iran, Saudi, Qatar or Oman can do that. Can the USA or China do same?

You have to look at what we have and compare us with our league.

No way we could reroute on norms. We had to go blunt!
