I have received a bit of insider information I feel compelled to pass along because of its enormity. It is not verified but comes from a trusted source. It is this: Tinubu is still in France because his health has cratered and he is near death. If this is true, and it happens, the implications are significant. His VP, a man widely believed to be a main backer of Boko Haram, will seize control of Aso Rock. All the 2027 electoral calculus will be scrambled. Any Washington dealing with Boulos, DCI, etc., is upended. The man to whom Omokri et al sold their souls will be gone. Tribal loyalties and backroom deals cut with prosperity love-vendor “pastors” to this administration evaporate. Bottom line, Tinubu’s passing would throw the whole situation into utter chaos.

If this is not true, Tinubu must come out of the shadows immediately to prove otherwise. Continued reclusion is a tell.

We wish Tinubu quick recovery, but he should wait in France to recuperate and come back on Jan 10 to face elections, so that he will face a painful defeat in the hands of Peter Obi. His humiliation at the polls will be celebrated more than Abacha's death.

When I saw that report saying tinubu ie enroute Lagos from France, I knew instantly it was a lie.

tinubu likes to buy time to deflect public scrutiny and outrage.

tinubu will spend October first in foreign land. First in the history of Nigeria 🇳🇬 will the president be outside Nigeria on October 1.
