The 1 Naira is interim dividend. GTBank is actually the most rewarding public company in Nigeria. I have been a stockholder since 2011 and I have never regretted for 1 day.

As an adult, you are suppose to know that salary was never designed to make anyone rich.
So anyone expecting to get rich earning salary is still dreaming.

My comment is the reality majority of human population are yet to accept.
Our fiat currency is designed to loose value over time and this happen through the process of the government printing more money into circulation, increasing taxes to generate revenue to government staff salaries and financial institutions creating money out of thin air.
The concept of somebody going to school to get a good grade, get employed, work and have his/her salary sounds good on paper.
Here is the reality, they increased salary by increasing the volume of money which reduces the purchasing power of money. This translates to higher salary, higher prices of goods and services and lower purchasing power.
Business executives in the Western world choose $1 annual salary or even no salary and prefer to be paid in stocks.

Why won't they? Banks are ripping Nigerians off with many nonsense charges. That N50 stamp duty charge is fraud. They dont do it in other countries i know

The 50 Naira stamp duty is the Nigeria government/ Tunubu that is collecting that not the Bank; they remit it to CBN account. it's the SMS charges that is their own.

They are truly very useless. The only thing they know is how to charge and charge customers without any clear discription.

I had to quickly move the fund that entered my GT acct few days ago, yet they have debited the account now in several hundreds as expected.

I transferred 700k to my GT account last week just to save and ever since then i do receive this message almost everyday.

And they have never sent me this message when I had less then 100k in that account
