No, he will never! and also never get s UK citizenship. But who knows? He might. After all he managed to escape deportation.. the home office could still appeal the judges decision and now his fate would be in the hands of his employers who helped him stay he better not mess up at work

The law is the law, i know in your head you believe it is not a crime, someone producing fake driving license selling them to drivers who should not be on the road causing accident that would result to death of innocent people, children,the elderly the bilind, or innocent drivers like us who actually has the correct driving license. So how it is not a public risk?

It is not about which ethnic or country he is from. na so una dey racialise everything. North aricans and arabs woulda been deported too, so many of them have been deported for the same crimes

Probarbly.. But he could use article 8 to stay.. or if he has a child with a brit woman. There are many ways for him to stay on a visa but not an ILR.

Yes, he doesn't but he could just stay on on a visa till he messes up again and they might then deport him or as i said he could claim article 8 (human rights) to keep staying without an ILR. Now i think he is on a renewal 2 years visa which the Home office could still refuse him renewal.
