An interesting part I had not thought about. My accounting is starting to be rusty.

But there's probably another element on the balance sheet that would still be written off - the loan element, even if the cars are zero NBV on the PPE side of the asset, there are still the loans which in real terms is still quantifiable or a bit comparable to the economic value

Also if the NBV is near zero why would Moove publicly be saying they are giving away ₦35 billion worth of cars?, Maybe its even PR and its not up to that amount in accounting terms or its that in loan terms and they're selling a good story to investors plus the tax advantage

Those pentecostal pastors don really work on you gan. I bet you don't know that there are churches in this Nigeria where they don't collect tithes. Are the members of such churches not Christians? If you ask me, I would say they are more Christians than the ones who hammer on tithes everyday.

What these tithe seeking Nigerian pastor's do is morally and spiritually wrong. They do all sorts of emotional blackmail and gaslighting to get money from members only for them to finance superfulous lifestyle.
