Zoo keepers are always hanging around any zoo. Loads of them depending how big the zoo happens to be. Some even stationed and will tap you if you crossing limits.

It’s like you saying a life guard is not at the pool side.

I agreed with you. When I saw the video on Twitter, I thought it was AI. cos the guy was like pointing finger or something as if he was warning the Tiger. I stopped watching and continue strolling.
So, it is real. The Tiger really gave little time then for external intervention.

Dude... A lifeguard is the most dubious comparison. It's like asking the pool maintenance guy to go around making sure people don't drown. LifeGUARD! His only job is to spot possible distress in the water and act, that's his ONLY job. A zookeepers responsibility is to the animals, not the visitors. Do you want to compare the size of a zoo to a pool? How many people will go around tapping everyone on the shoulder? That's why the animals have their own enclosure and there are big signs everywhere because they assume everyone has common sense. You probably think a tiger enclosure is somewhere you can mistakenly wander into. Did you see how high the fence is from the the pictures and videos?

The zoo did everything required of them. They put all proper safety measures in place. Unfortunately, no one can prepare for stupidity.
