AI has interpreted for me and confirmed my suspicion that you are overweight and weak. Your reading is obviously inaccurate and largely influenced by your body size courtesy of eating too many burgers.

You fail again

The below graphic should have told you the amount of time spent at each heart rate so it's not a case of running up the heart rate then resting. If you can maintain these heart rates for this long without fainting or dying, make I be Barca fan.

Secondly my watch is still estimating my calories at 93 kg weight which is the original setting, though I'm down to 90kg now so you can remove like 30 calories of the burn. To give you context, a 90kg man running 10km in 60 mins will burn about 900 calories, so my effort is equivalent to running 7km at that pace, although in reality you never run more than 3km in a one hour 5-a-side game, so it will take great intensity (high volume of interval runs close to sprinting) to hit 600 plus calories in a 5-a-side game.

Thirdly, effort that will cost you 170 bpm to do, I will do easily at 140 BPM cos your aerobic capacity is shocking while mine is well trained.

You are only good at running your mouth. A 50 year old man can maintain such heart rate if they jog around the pitch at slow pace which I am definitely sure is what you were doing.

Why didn’t your watch record your average speed ? You think jogging around like Enzo is the same as sprinting mutiple times on the wings in defending and attacking phases.

Show me your average speed and delete this misleading screenshots.

That's how I know you are a neophyte. If you read my advice to Obainojazz last week where I told him to jog in zone 2 (heart rate below 140 bpm) and he will cover miles without tiring. That is called Zone 2 training. You can't cover major miles above this heartrate cos lactic acid builds up and your lungs would be on fire. You have to train your lungs to run above this heart rate (regardless of your age) so the 50 year old man you described above can only be jogging below this heart rate.

I deliberately left out my speed because a neophyte like you who doesn't know that you don't hit your top speeds on 5 a side pitch due to its size will use it to cast stones. What you do in 5 a side is spend more time at threshold pace which is the pace below a full sprint but faster than jogging.

Now if you compare and contrast with a 15km run I did the other day at a jogging pace, you will see that my average heart rate throughout was 137 bpm, below Zone 2 max. That's the heart rate you can maintain for long periods without tiring and what you are trying to explain above, which is the same thing I was telling Obainojazz. That is called a Zone 2 session, while anyone with experience will know from the stats I posted from football is called a threshold or even an interval session.

Why were you tagging me to that rubbish screenshot like there was something to be impressed about? Do you think I have any issues with 5 a side football? Anyone can do that thing you posted as long as they are jogging around like Enzo.

What in that rubbish makes you a Kante when you can’t prove how fast you sprinted to either attack or make recovery runs. Showing me your speed and let’s see how fast you can catch your breath.

It's an online game with the settings in Lagos. You'll see familiar places and all.
Basically a game playing reality life or something.... Just imitating what you'd normally do as a human. Love life, pay rent, go to school, go clubbing, choose a career, be a celebrity, etc.

And the developer keeps adding new features or themes as it gains popularity.

You are obviously dull. Football is not a sport without breaks for set plays, keepers ball etc so asking for average speed shows you don't know what you are talking about. The average Premier League footballer covers 11km in 90 mins. That's an average speed of only 7km/hr which any granny can beat if jogging non stop for 90 mins. For reference, a 100m sprint in 10 seconds equates to 36 km/hr

What you are asking for is intensity of effort which the calorie data combined with the heart rate data should have proven to you beyond doubt if you are not a neophyte. What you are alluding to is the number of sprints or near sprints which fitness watch doesn't calculate. But if you can help me count the number of spikes in the graph below, you should know how many sprints or near sprints I did in the 55 mins of play

Stop trying to be clever by half. If you sprinted 20 times in 55 minutes, what then is your average speed when you clocked during those sprints.

That graph you just sent could as well be my own jogging pace that will look like your sprinting speed. Let’s say you spent most part of that 55 minutes walking around and then make occasional lazy sprints, would your graph reveal the answers I am looking for?

You have posted a live section of your joke of a football training and I saw how slow and weak you are. There’s no chance my old uncle will not maintain that heart rate while moving like that.

To be completely honest, you are in your head. There’s nothing you did that warranted tagging me because your know your body and how lazily you move. Were you really expecting to burn out while moving like that?

When I was training last year in a highly intense 5 a side, I had no issues and barely got tired. I only noticed the sharp difference when we went to a started pitch and I was tasked to do the most energy consuming task on the pitch. Wingers and full backs do the most sprints and likely to burn out without peak fitness.

Ibeme should try a full pitch and play as a winger let’s see or he can continue feeling like Kante as a midfielder while moving like old Mousa Dembele.

Him and his group is simply playing for fun and to keep fit. Here, there’s money involved and the intensity is 10X of whatever he thinks he is doing.

That video he was celebrating his half turn grin men here would have sprinted up to him in a flash and aggressively shove him off the ball.

Yeah there are differences between Futsal endurance and standard pitch football endurance.

What I am wondering though is how a high intensity Futsal pro like you nearly passed out after walking a mere 3km. The computation is not computing. 😁

Abi, you no catch my drift? Hehehe.

Passed out kwa? I said my heart beat increased after walking 3km and my body ached. Normally, my heart beat should be stable.

What I am saying is that someone who is fit enough to be playing high intensity Futsal should not have a problem walking 3km.

In 1hr of high intensity Futsal one will run between 7km to 10km at varying high intensity and experiencing more physical stress on joints, balance, and more demands on fitness, stamina, agility. How can you do that and then start having problems merely walking 3km?

You don’t get it. I was training last year and stopped. This walk happened like 2 weeks ago. It’s understandable because I haven’t walked a combined total of that 3km in 3 months or more because I rarely walk.

I weighed myself and realized I weigh 8.5kg more now.

Ohh ok. I get now.

But that should not make you stop completely. You just need to start back slowly and not go that hard especially in the beginning.

You are clearly dull. You think 5 a side in the UK is equivalent to that monkey post you call 5-a-side. If you know anything about UK 5 a side, you get way less recovery time than a regular 11 a side where you can be chilling for long periods when the ball is at the other end of the pitch. You wey want gas out for 3k walk dey make noise about monkey post, calling it intense 5-a-side.

To show the level of fitness you are arguing against, how can someone who gases out on a 3k walk be arguing fitness with someone who just last weekend completed a 10.5km run in just 51 minutes and kept his heart rate to just 146 bpm on average at that intense pace (proof of aerobic capacity). This is the same aerobic capacity I brought to the 5 a side match yesterday, but you are obviously too dull to understand intensity data. Where I dey now, I guarantee you will die if you try to replicate my intensity for just 5 mins on a football pitch.

You are a weakling and I already have visual confirmation to that effect.

I said I trained in those new mini football field they construct these days which is no different from where you train; but you are desperate to prove nonsense point.

Try doing that run again but this time do 2km in less than 6 minutes to test your heart rate like I do mine during my peak fitness which I display on a big pitch during normal football matches.

Let’s see how far you can fair running at 20km/h.

2 km in 6 mins, as in you are Sebastian Sawe or what?

Lamba master

The Nigerian 5km record is 14:15 mins which is almost exactly 3 mins per km or 6 mins per 2km

So you are as quick as Nigeria record holder in the middle distances? grin cheesy cheesy

Funny you are calling impossible numbers, but I can hold that pace for 1km. 2km is a major lamba that would kill both of us, and only 500 metres of that pace will definitely kill you going by your struggles with just walking.
