Thing is those who status changed to under review are those that might get to the next stage pending review of their CV. Those with under review now were high scorers in the respective roles of the test.

Some people with under review may still be dropped if their years of experience from their CV doesn't meet the required experience of those roles as advertised.

This is misleading o. 2024, I applied for Materials and Management Analyst role with ExxonMobil. I took the test in Lagos. Few days after taking the test, my profile changed to Under review. Infact, many of us had our profiles either "under review" or "Application in progress" but we still received love letter weeks later. What I'm saying in essence is that those things don't matter much.

My dashboard with Chevron is still showing "Application in Progress" for a role which was handled by Dragnet too. Recruitment has been completed and my dashboard is still showing "Application in progress".

Congratulations boss you are really a genius , like which school did attend? Did you school in this country? Maybe you attended a very good high school...but all the same you are a genius it means you did very well in the exams ...even after 13years post nysc you could crack that test ... I salute you

Did you read the CV review I talked about?. It doesn't just end at test

Is like they have not started reviewing Machinery Engineer position. I haven't seen anyone talked about status change.

It's actually a pointer that you passed the dragnet test, but it doesn't guarantee progression because after review you might still not meet up with what ExxonMobil actually wanted. The take home message is that once your status change to under review that means you passed the aptitude test, but doesn't guarantee progression. If your status doesn't change it simply means that you didn't pass the aptitude test, hence your application won't be reviewed.

And they may review other roles you apply for, they did it last year .

Abeg 🙏 if you applied for a Machinery Engineer position and your status has changed from Application Received to Application Under Review indicate so I can move on biko 🙏. Since 10th mine is still showing Application Received.

I reiterate, dashboard can be on "application in progress" and you still receive a love letter. I've experienced this before. All the sam let's just stay hopeful

Well, let's wait and see because in 2024 my application changed from "received" to "under review" after I took an aptitude test with ExxonMobil for materials management Analyst role. I received rejection a month later or so.

You're very right. They will check your experience. Thorough CV screening is currently ongoing.

CV screening, you're absolutely correct. This is where they check the years of experience if it aligns with the position.

Under review is different from "Application in progress" under review means they are looking at it , In progress means the next stage . Besides your status can change at any time
