A lady got emotional after seeing her late brother's payslip and realizing he had been struggling silently while still putting on a strong face.

Despite his low income, he was helping others and raising two children in the university without complaining.

Learning the hardway, isn't ideal.

He knew no one would help a man so he carried his cross with dignity. Now flip it to the other side. If it was a woman, she would refuse to take responsibility and blame everyone else around her, family and friends included for not coming to her aid. To be man is not easy, rip to the gentleman.

He probably had oda sources of income he was urgumenting wit his pay. The one the sister saw may be the pay frm his main job. likely a monthly salary pay job.

Let's assume his pay is 100k. no parent can comfortable sponsor 2 children in todays present day university with a salary of 100k. couple wit expenses at the home front.

To be a man is not a day's job. Nobody really care about men. It's always women ,and children. Girl child this ,girl child that. Male children are left to suffer.. It starts right from the early years of the boy child.

The world doesn't care ..

Someone once said that the word value dog more than the boy child.

It's always girl child..

If Nigerians know the gloomy future ahead of Nigeria should Tinubu and his assembly of evil, heartless, corrupt criminal gang get reelected in 2027, they will stop playing or thinking its a tribal supremacy fight or online salaye contest, and will do everything within their power to ensure Tinubu does not succeed in rigging himself into office in 2027

but the only question i have is why is that the dependents are not working...like are they cripple or do they have disability

if their brother dies today, will they die also, apparently they will continue living and life continues

As a man please don't do more than yourself interm of the school you enrolled kids and families responsibilities. They can't kill you highest is abuse you and after some while everyone dey their dey

This is where this admin has brought us.
Everyday I switch on my phone, I get messages of people asking for money.

The irony is that am also begging for money where possible.

Please let’s change this government, I beg you fellow Nigerians. If we elect Obi or Atiku and they don’t do well, we vote them out again until we get a true leader who is passionate about the welfare of its people.

Have being seeing this news on twitter for a while. Many said he should have speak out for help. Well like we men know no one is coming to help us, some of us hate been rejected or turned down by so called friends during hard times.
Due to insecurity in my area farming which is my main hustle become so hard, this affected me financially coupled with some loans I'm paying which I took last year hoping the farming season will favour but sadly I could not get upto half of what I expected. My landlord was on my neck. At some point I was let me approach my friend for 100k assist. My friend blocked me on WhatsApp after reading my message. I just discovered my messages was not delivering after the first one.
I was disappointed because I never asked him for such before and this is someone we grew up together eat sleep play together. I just dust the carton of my phone carry am enter shop sell am using the money pay my rent and face feint. Better days ahead. May God bless all hard working mens

Why rely on a source of income in this time n age

Well probably she wasn't paying attention enough...u can't hide brokenness, it's evidence in appearance and the way a man carried himself....his family disappointed him

Let me use this medium to share a true life story of why you need to count yourself first!

My late friend was a son of a single father. In poverty, he knew he was poor and NEVER envisaged or dreamt of greatness. He tried to live that life but never could keep up with it He got drained and lost at some point.

The father that raised him died and Hommie lost his cool. That was the last man he knew on Earth.

Months later, the company his father worked with came in with an insurance insurance agent to announce to him the father had a life insurance. A man living in a self contain.

The pain left my guy and he had hope.

I don’t want to say too much and make it longer. The same money left for him led to his death.

Father and son now in heaven. May their souls continue to rest in peace.

This is occasioned by the nonsense naija society..who emphasizes that men must suffer ND never complain...

My guy dey japa go Italy from lybia in 2007 using the sea. He completed his mortal act when his boat capsized. Till today them no see his body. Only 4 survivors. Some comments are not necessary. How can you say he probably had a side income as if you knew him personally? Then you even ascribed an imaginary figure of 100k to support your unreasonable evercise in speculation. Are you more or better informed than the family that has gotten to see even his payslip? Stop this bad behavior.
