Minister of works Engr David Umahi has criticized Peter Obi for prioritizing the stealing of Anambra money into his bank to finance his family business over repair of the bad roads that kept the state comatose. The minister condemned Obi while praising the current Anambra governor Professor Chukwuma Soludo for constructing roads in Agulu, Peter Obi's hometown which Obi failed to do during his tenure.

Umahi stated this today during the reopening ceremony for the first Niger bridge.
