Pastor Bolaji Idowu of Harvesters International Christian Centre (HICC) was addressing his church youth (especially ladies) about they should grow and grow wealth with their partners and he spoke about how some young women have inflated expectation of wealth from men when the church members replied in 2 simple words "Men dey". Meaning some men are not willing to spoil them, there are men that will and what did Pastor Bolaji do, he busted his shoes in a way to signify he is done with the message and ended the service.

The extent of delusion in this our generation is actually scary and worrying. It is so troubling that even in places you expect common-sense, the level of blind commitment to destructive delusional fantasy is just mind-blowing.

You see the reasoning of most Nigerian girls? Majority are parasite and liability.

The pastor has strong anger issues. But then again he should have known that the typical Nigerian woman is a leech and a parasite and she will do anything possible to avoid any form of responsibility.

That said, how do you as a pastor loose standing with your members that they are openly countering you in church?

These "F" gender thinks that there is a special tree called money tree where it bears money. We have a very long way to go in this country. The young girls will be the greatest hit.
For those who wants to get married, ensure that you marry a lady who has the ability to take care of herself, by this I mean, she should be able to work and rent her own house, buy her own food, clothes herself, buy medicines for herself when sick, buy data for herself, etc.

To the young, go ahead and learn a skill. It will pay you better.

My candid advice from experiences in marriage.

Those who replied "men dey" are the ones he should have addressed, instead of ending the sermon.

Of course many ladies nowadays, see men as their meal ticket. Shame doesn't have anything to do with it anymore.

And the level of destruction to particular parts of their bodies does not seem to bother them any longer.

Our mentality as men in Nigeria needs to change as soon as possible.

That's the foolish mentality of GenZs and some millennials. They'd rather date a generous Yahoo boy. Nah why them dey kpai them every eke market day.

Also, these new generation pastorpreneurs are so annoying. At least, the older ones instilled some level of displicine. Is it Oyedepo or Adeboye that will be preaching and some misguided youths will be shouting "men dey"?

It's funny how easy it is to sleep with women these days based on mere promises. Just love bomb them and flash few cash at them (that you don't even necessarily need to spend) and you will just be sleeping with a new one everyday. Women are so cheap these days because there are no morals. They pander to the highest bidder.
