iamoyindamola:Beheading people for kissing in public is weird and barbaric in 2026. It's just like they are equating kissing in public to grave crimes like drug trafficking, terrorism, treason, etc. They are only able to do it to citizens of 3rd world countries sha. They would not behead a French, a British or an American and then send documents of shalaye to the government of those countries. |

Commercial drivers with their scatter scatter driving
|
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:14pm On Oct 20 |
CrystalTiger:Aside from the fact that the Minibus recklessly veered onto the road after carrying passenger on an expressway, the Car driver also contributed to the accident. The Toyota driver saw the commercial minibus from afar and could've easily averted the accident if he was a good driver. |

BlueRayDick:His speed was too much and he saw the korope from afar |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:48pm On Oct 20 |
iamoyindamola:Exactly. He was driving the way most of those Lexus boys dey always drive, more like he was expecting to swerve in and out of the little space left in between the parked korope and the korope veering into the road recklessly. The guy no really value him life . Also, I don't think he understands that he would most likely have been arrested if anybody had died as a result of the accident. Even if he will be freed later in court, Nigeria police go surely arrest him for manslaughter.

BlueRayDick:For the car to knock over both the minibus and the keke he must have been driving very very fast. Nigerians as a whole are very very reckless drivers. I see people driving fast among inner roads in festac as if they don't understand the roads have pedestrian traffic |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 1:05pm On Oct 20 |
GloriousGbola:As in….. I see people driving this rubbish everyday and I’m always wondering where they are hurrying to. Some see it as some sort of sports , they want to swerve in and out of lanes without anticipating the movement of other road users . The guy in the video was apparently driving too fast on a road that he can clearly see the stationary keke and the minibus trying to enter the road recklessly . Then there’s also this believe in some drivers that “ I own the right of way “ , so I can drive straight as fast as I can irrespective any impediments that may be ahead . That believe is responsible for some of the accidents on our roads. |

A person with disability - man or woman - *100% deserves to marry and live a full life*, if that is what they want. Disability does not remove your right to love, to be loved, to have a family, to have a career, to enjoy life. Serving God and marrying are not opposite. You can serve God AND marry. You can serve God AND remain single. It should be *your choice*, not because people said you must remain like that. ### My advice: *1. You deserve marriage if you want it.* Marriage is about companionship, love, character, responsibility - not about having a perfect body. Many people with disabilities are married and have very happy homes here in Nigeria. *2. Don't marry out of pity, and don't stay single out of fear.* The right question is not "does this person deserve marriage?" but "is this person ready for marriage?" Criteria is the same for everybody, disabled or not: - *Maturity* - Are you emotionally ready to handle responsibilities? - *Consent and choice* - Do both of you truly love and choose each other, without pressure or pity? - *Understanding* - Does your partner understand your disability, your needs, but also your abilities? Do you understand theirs? - *Character and values* - Is the person kind, faithful, respectful, hardworking, God-fearing if faith matters to you? - *Support system* - Have you discussed practical things? Health, finances, where to live, children, how you will manage daily tasks? This is normal talk for any couple. - *Independence* - As much as possible, have your own source of income, your own voice. This helps you not enter marriage from a position of desperation. *3. For family and society:* If you are asking as a family member or friend of someone with disability - don't decide for them. Don't hide them. Encourage them to learn, work, socialize. Love is not charity. *4. If you are the person with disability:* - You are not less of a man or woman - Don't accept abuse because you think "no one else will marry me" - that is a lie - Take your time, know your worth, and choose someone who sees YOU, not your disability God created everybody with purpose. Some people are called to marry, some are called to remain single - whether disabled or not. That calling should come from God and from your own heart, not from people putting a limit on you. Abeg where that man see $2.1M cash wey he give Wike son? And what was even the purpose of the money since Wike’s son contribution to that deal was to bring land. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 2:39pm On Oct 20 |
swiz123:According to the lawyer, they are to build houses in highbrow areas in Abuja, sell the houses and split the profit 60/40( 60% to the financier and 40% to Jordan Wike who contributed the land) The truth is the guy expected Jordan to use his papa's position to allocate acres of land to them which is obviously corruption. If the deal had gone through, they would all have profited from Nigerian system. While people are waiting for years to have their C of O issued and others are having their already issued C of O revoked by Wike, the guy would've gotten lands allocated and C of O issued, he build houses and sell them for ridiculously high prices. Na thief jam thief. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 2:57pm On Oct 20 |
BlueRayDick:Jordan wike is a very foolish and useless guy sha. he could have been on a gravy train that would set him up for life as a broker and he may even have been able to push these runs beyond 2031. instead he decided to be mad. these guys will chase him for the next 10 to 15 years. his father cannot live for ever and he does not have enough clout on his own to handle it. maybe wike will make him pay them back. or maybe not |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 3:15pm On Oct 20 |
GloriousGbola:Jordan is an Ikwerre man. Even his father will hail him for chopping his (Wikes) cut. They are very playful about chopping each other in their culture. Son will chop father and father will laugh and say next time. Oftentimes son will go and sell his father's land without his knowledge. I have witnessed firsthand where my Ikwerre landlord fought with his 2 sons over land and one of the sons stabbed him in the chest. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 3:20pm On Oct 20 |
GloriousGbola:I also don't understand the logic behind collecting $2.1m and then refuse to deliver his own polling unit. (That is if the Lawyer's claims are true o). What did he think was going to happen? Did he think the business is an under table business , those ones would not be able to go public and come after him? Like you rightly said, even if those ones don't get judgement in court now, they come after him years later. People that can drop $2.1m for that kind deal can go extra mile to have him 4cked up when his father is no longer minister in 5 years time. |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 3:29pm On Oct 20 |
Ibime:Chopping and selling land within their community in Rivers state is not the same as chopping $2.1m that belongs to a Fulani Oligarch . I looked up the guy , he’s a Kwankwaso guy from Kano. Wike’s son supposed reason am say him papa no go dey power forever na |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by A40(m): 6:29pm On Oct 20 |
Ihebu4chelsea:I don't think you owe a deadbeat parent forgiveness whether father or mother but that's just me. Bringing a child to earth without their say in the matter and not doing the needful is a really wicked act that if we check is responsible for 85% of the problems the world is facing today A parent that abandons a child at infancy is essentially leaving them to die, now if they are in a bad place it still behoves that parent in the formative years to build that relationship. You can't show up when that person is a full blown adult and Voila. Guilt trip that person to embrace you At some point people should be man or woman enough to accept the consequences of their choices. In scenarios like that I always ask if that child was in jail and not a decent member of society. Will that parent still go and look for the child? If they were destitute will that parent help? So you see even the reconnecting is usually one of convenience |

swiz123:Tried walking 3km is crazy you are far too young to not be able to walk 3km with ease. Even me with my dodgy cardio I do 5-6km with easeYour rates are suppose to increase and your body is supposed to feel the burn. That's the idea. I now see where your sympathy for obesity comes from but you're not doing these people any favors with this your coddling. What you're doing is counter productive to their long term health |
