Sanwo-olu is actually the culprit here. He called the army for support because he panicked it was turning into a revolution. I am sure that was the narrative he gave them. He visited the hospitals that night and met some of the victims. Channels TV aired it and I saw him at the hospital speaking with injured victims with bullet wounds.
How he turned around supporting that no one was killed baffled me.
