Some intentionally abandoned the cars because of tickets from traffic offenses.....some traveled and got involved in plane crash....some belong to migrants who left the country and couldn't return; maybe their asylum paper expired before they re-entered the country....some intentionally abandoned the car for reasons best known to them....the airport authority ought to create a system to auction such cars; and if any have huge ticket fine, government must waive it or sold strictly to people exporting the car outside the country
