Pls those we learned were invited for interview for facility engineer role should tell us their experience how many and type of questions were asked, how many number of applicants were invited and if there was transport and accommodations money given at the end of interview

Abeg, they had better change this thing to a virtual process o. The whole process would have been much better if it had been conducted virtually.

It should really be a thing of concern. Someone was invited for a 1st and 2nd interview years back,and didn't still get the job. Spent almost 500k on flights. It can be so frustrating. They need to put that into consideration or opt.for a virtual interview.

These abroad candidates are very rare and you see people coming from abroad for mostly entry level roles like Graduate trainees. Experience hire is a different case. Very few would leave abroad to come down for an Experience hire with ExxonMobil. It's very risky when you consider the cost implications. No one is sorting your flight tickets for you
