but with that malt there, unless the person has a plus-sized belly, there might not be enough space to contain the whole at once because malt has a way of taking over unnecessary spaces in the innards.

It's not impossible, but doing such will amount to overfeeding which might cause stomach discomfort later.
Had it been it's fruits on one plate and another meal, then it wouldn't be a problem atal.
