When I was telling people here that "Application in progress" and "Application under review" do not mean much when it comes to interview, they said I was wrong. Now most people still have their application either in "progress" or "under review", they've not been called for interview and there are strong rumours some interviews have been conducted already.

Brother, no be rumours. Interviews have already been held for the Facilities and Machinery Engineer roles. I’m not saying the recruitment process is complete, but I have former colleagues who have been interviewed for those roles.

I'm not even arguing your point. I'm actually saying the rumours are strong which makes it most likely true. My main point was about the dashboard status which is of no much relevance at this point.

The fact that it is only one person they need for each position is what most applicants don't know. Thousands of applicants every year for each job position. Guys, it is highly competitive!

Check your status now. I think the positions are no longer under consideration.

You're absolutely correct. They don't need much people for experience hires. Most likely one person per role. My own status changed yesterday

So, some applicants are currently dragging ExxonMobil and Dragnet on LinkedIn for sending them generic reject mail😂😂. Some are asking to see their scores. I see people doing this as newbie in the labour market because no company will send your test scores to you or particularly tell you where you failed. Rejections are mostly generic.

The one pattern I noticed with the new intakes of last year, most of them are foreign graduates or First class graduates
