He said her family was aware of the issue and kept it away from him, to me ,that's an organise crime, and they deserve to be punished in anyway possible, they took his money for their daughter's dowry, and still trade her to other men because of greed and selfishness, so do the crime and face the punishment, no qualms.

I think his demands are reasonable and should be met. Pay him back his money and fund the DNA test for ALL the children.
