April. Before the world cup.
Eish!. You missed out. That was a good year in SA.. That was the year people really discovered South Africa so much so that many people refused to go back home.

I'm not writing to impress you or anyone else. I'm not also trying to denigrate South Africans. Violent crime is SA, especially gun violence is off the roof. Everything of course is relative. South Africans are no saints just like Nigerians aren't, don't make it seem like everything I say about SAns are vices, nope. I was robbed at knife and gun points at different times in Boksburg. I was even followed from OR Tambo to my place then at Brentwood Park and robbed...guess what...I have never been robbed in my life besides those times. Make no mistake about it, I love SA and it's people. Doesn't mean I won't say things as I perceive them.
I certainly dont expect to be impressed by a Nigerian when he talks about South Africa, I expect the same scornfull rhetoric you're spewing..

You can't go to a country then claim 80% of the country is just "lazy" and "entitled" , how is that even possible or realistic?

"Coloreds are just murderous"'

"South African men dont talk much, they just talk though their firearms"

SA men are not hardworking, only their women are"

These are just the usual malicious Nigerians talking points that are even paddled by Nigerians who've never even set the feet in SA.. nothing new, and you have a cheerleader here, cherring from the side, calling these "facts"

I would say best times were between 2005 and 2015. A lot my friends in academia and in the medical field left after that period especially to Canada. They complained bitterly at how they were made to work for extensive periods of time in public hospitals and were underpaid, plus the environment started becoming very unfriendly to them as well.

The narrative you are bleating about is a well known narrative in SA. You know about violent crime in SA. And I'm not talking about blacks only. The unproven serial killings of over 10 women in Kempton Park, Springs, Tembisa, etc recently, the killings in Reiger Park, the killings are only comparable to the massacres in parts of northern Nigeria by bandits and terrorists......but some of these are almost daily occurrences in SA. Jokes aside, SA needs redemption from gun violence whi h is encouraged by private ownership of firearms.

I was there between 2003 and 2010. It was a very exciting period in SA when Zuma was president, allegedly raping a late friend's daughter who was HIV positive and taking a shower thereafter.

You're conveniently ignoring other points ive raised to focus on the crime issue

Yes, theres crime in SA, which whether you agree of not, is also exacerbated by illegal immigrants

The notion, that "South African men dont talk much, they only talk though firearms" is misleading and a lie since an overwhelming majority of SA men, aren't criminals or own firearms.. own up to this misrepresentation

Eish, take me back!

I recall the Zuma incident but hey that was when they wanted a populist president. They were tired of the uppity pipe smoking Xhosa Mbeki.

An average South African man being just a quiet, gun-wielding bandit", this is a lie no matter how you may try to spin it, sorry

Ive answered your question many many times, in many many of our exchanges..

and I have responded to you many many times using the same thought process.

Stereotypes are often true but are often as well a generalization.

Stop acting like when we say your men wake up with the worst babalas's more than the average African that it isn't a generalization.

Grow up will ya!

But I did say South Africans have a drinking culture did I not? Its not only the men, or blacks, its the culture across the spectrum

Can't tell me to "grown up" while you're still arguing over the existence of white south africans and South African mutlcuturism

Well, if it's actually convenient for "all" Nigerians in SA to be termed "drug dealers" for obvious reasons it is not out place to also emphasize on the gun violence in SA in those terms. Admittedly, SA men are not all criminals, far from that. But the point is that guns talk a lot in Mzamsi which should be worrisome to anyone and everyone.

I never said anything about surveys..

You have lived experiences, I live here.. how can a Nigerian doctor or a footballer be a "drug dealer"? For example.. we know very well not all of you are drug dealers, however your nationality poses a drug nuisance.. take it, leave it.

No, criminals and unscrupulous human beings who happen to be Nigerian pose a drug nuisance.

It's the other way round.

Stop spreading propaganda.

The Seychelles put "restrictions" on Nigerian travellers to curb the activity of these unscrupulous people. It was not an outright ban. Your people are free to follow suite in the same manner.

Feel free to peruse the below site and indicate where Nigerians are not able to apply for E visa's to the Seychelles.
