Nothing works in Bola's government. He should retire to France for his medication and relieve Nigerians of this bondage. He has absolutely nothing good to offer.

How can you provide for an alternative that you are not using?

Why boast about increasing power capacity when you are currently using solar at aso rock.

Why brag about bringing CNG when you are not even using them?

A governor recently advised Nigerians to use 'made in Nigeria' products is entering a car that was imported,a shoe and wrist watch that was made by a foreign country.

If you asked Nigerians to choose between the PDP years of perennial fuel scarcity over this current season of fixed inflation, they wouldn't think twice before chosing the former.
Yeah those years of spending nights at filling stations.
Buying padded fuel.
Buying fuel at black market for #1500 when the official rate is #300.
Yeah... those years of multiple months of salaries being owed.
Those years of severe infrastructure deficit.
Yeah.... those years of high crude price but no savings in foreign reserves which made it very difficult to meet fx obligations.
Those years of incessant strikes by lecturers because their salaries were being owed.
Yeah.....those years that we used six years for a four-year course.
Yeah... Those years that Alscon built at $3.5 billion was sold for $120 million and we were told that it was a mistake.

It seems like nothing is working in this country except tax. The AKK gas pipeline project is supposed to be completed and working by now according to the contract terms

Maybe Tinubu's prayer in Saudi Arabia will make the country work

@hachenoire what do you have to say 🎤
you can see how Saudi Arabians full for Nigeria de pray so that their country go work. They come to our country to pray while we go to their country to pray

All I saw i this article is that commercial drivers have been ripping Nigerians all along , if cng filling stations were everywhere, public transport users won't know that many of the buses and keke they enter are making 100X profit on them .

A keke driver confessed that he only spends less than 5k per day on fuel since he switched to cng yet his fares are the same with those using petrol.

Nigeria’s problem is WE the masses .
the issue is the competition and the outrage that other transport using fuel would push on them if the ones using cng should reduce their prices. This one of the evil things about mandatory associations where you ply your business/work. If you want to reduce your own prices based on what is right and good. The other members of your own association would begin to attack you

I said it years ago that as soon as CNG attains enough demand,it won’t be different form peteol anymore.
What Nigerians need is diversity. As more investors set up CNG filling Stations ,the supply would ease the struggles created by increased demand

In many countries, vehicles use petrol, CNG, diesel and electricity.

Nigerians should have options in all aspects, including electricity and building materials

Lol. Why is the facilities for dispensing CNG not expanding at the same rate as the number of vehicles converting to it? It seems like you don't know the kind of country you are. This is a perfect situation for the increase in price because the demand is now exceeding the supply

All what you listed above are truths and valid. But as an adult Nigerian under PDP government who experienced everything you listed and under APC government who is also experiencing everything and as an APC member to the core, the living conditions of Nigerians were by far better then than now.
More people have plunged into below poverty line under Tinubu. People who are working can no longer afford what people who were not working but could afford under PDP and Buhari's administrations. Tinubu has messed up Nigerians and Nigerian economy

What is happening now is roll over effect. The problems were accumulating but were padded with subsidies. Nigeria has always been a country with serious economic structural defects. Many regimes tried cosmetic solutions viz structural adjustment program SAP, sureP, austerity measures, IMF conditionalities etc. All these amounted to postponing the evil's day. No leader wanted to make the hard choices because of the expected backlash. The more the hard choices are delayed the worse the situation became.

Tinubu loves Nigeria. He has his eyes on history and posterity. It's actually politically risky for any president to take these hard decisions in a first tenure. PBAT is aware that taking the decision in the second tenure will be a waste because it will not be driven to logical conclusion.

Nigeria will realize her potential after Tinubu's eight years. The great task for him is to start early to shop for a visionary, brilliant and ambitious Nigerian that will take over from him. This is the only way to replicate the Asian tigers and Lagos experience. We will be worse off if a populist candidate wins the next election. He will not have the audacity to continue and drive the reforms.

Lol. Continue lying to yourself if that's what makes you sleep well at nights.
Is it a sin for Nigerians to benefit something from their own government just like citizens in Saudi, UAE, Canada, UK, USA, China and the rest?
The funny aspect is that all these Nigerians that we're electing and appointing into power would easily become millionaires and in some cases, become billionaires just under four years. Some would even be on pension for life just for serving/stealing for four years cheesy. And they're even getting everything free during the period they are "serving" us.
What is wrong if subsidies on fuels (petrol, diesel and kerosene) are made available for Nigerians? Are our leaders not enjoying all these things?
Re: CNG Crisis: Motorists Lament Endless Queues, Says We Borrowed To Convert by 1gbdata: 11:32pm On Nov 03
The hardest part of this story is that many motorists took loans to convert because they were told CNG would be cheaper and easier. Now they spend hours in queues and still face uncertainty about supply. A policy that asks people to invest their own money should come with a clear plan for enough stations and steady gas, otherwise the savings disappear into lost working hours and loan repayments.

Lol.
The man who almost trippled the Nigerian government revenue since he came to power less than three years ago by removing every benefit that Nigerians were enjoying under previous administrations and who has no reason to borrow more money has now borrowed money more than the eight years of Buhari in power.
