I dont understand what you mean?
Lol,take it easy bro. " NO RESPECT " was the catch-phrase of the Shark called 'Jabber' in the Cartoon series ,'JABBER JAW'. It always hollered : "NO RESPECT !" whenever it bungled a caper. Meaning that his guys didn't respect him / it. Shey you 'overstand' wetin the guy mean now ?

Gosh! Life was simple then smiley

Beyond cartoons, NTA is no longer a TV station, they used to have qualitative programs then. Soaps? Santa Barbra, CSI, Secret of the Sand, The lady of the rose, etc.

On the children's belt you had: Flintstones, Captain caveman, Pingu, Care bears, Super Ted, Ninja turtles, Spiderman, Talespin grin, Seals, Dodo, Captain America, Inspector Gadget, Dino Riders, Voltron, Casper the friendly Ghost, Popeye, Dangermouse, GlobeTrotters, isht!

Nigerian TV is messed up just like the country.

That's the BS. Just like you guys, I can't seem to remember the name of the cartoon too. We had a similar discussion at work sometime ago and decided to call them "booboboobo", cause that's the only intelligible sound they made.

All I remember is that they're dumb, of german origin and funny gringringringrin

The Classic cartoons were
Super ted

Fragle Rock (not sure of the spelling)
The best part of all was waiting for TV stations to begin by 4pm starting with the Rainbow screen then national Anthem. Loved my Childhood.

Tele-match. The commentator was Toby Charles, who also ran commentaries of German football matches

Ok, I have a request. Does anybody remember an underwater themed children's programme that featured puppets (I think they lived in Sharkville, but I'm not sure). The characters were:

1) An angel fish (who had the personality of a stereotypical dumb blond).

2) A shark (juvenile that was always getting into trouble or creating trouble).

3) A dolphin (who was a sensible fellow)

4) There was a wise elderly character, I think he was a clam, but I can't quite remember.

5) Lastly, there was a police fish.

I can't remember the name of the programme!
