Do you know that you can build a three bedroom on a (50ft x 50ft=2500ft2, 15m x 15m=225m2) plot and still have space? the design is meant to occupy about 130m2(1397ft2) of the land.
The cost of this project is 2,943,182.4 naira(two million,nine hundred and fourty three thousand, one hundred and eighty two naira) and it is from foundation to aluminium roof covering. The design is a unique,modern,standard and spacious one, included in the design are;
1 entrance,
1 sitting room,
3 bedrooms(all ensuite),
4 toilets,
1 kitchen,
1 dining room,
1 box room for the master bedroom(box room includes wardrobe),
1 store,
a verandah by the side of the kitchen.
