I don't support such strategy that the federal government is planning to implement,I don't think scraping jamb wil make it easier for admission seekers into the nation institutions rather, it will create more problems, I wil advise that jamb should stay while the postutme should be scrapped by higher institutions autonomy. The federal government should support the examination board for the intoduction of cbt for it examination by so doing I belive examination malpractice wil be reduced to a minimum level and the board can carry out it duty effectively and if this is achived, admission wil be based on merit.thanks What do u think? |

As long as d number of students seeking admission far outweighs d universities capacity then scrapping jamb does nothing, the system will just find another way to screen people out( lets not forget before jamb came into existence there was another method being used) If malpractice can be reduced in jamb it still remains d best way of getting admission for a serious student. PEACE |
