I usually scrub my face with my sponge like someone who is washing back of pot. A friend said its not good, that I should use only my soap. What do you guys advice?

Please I need help and advice I am light in complexion but due to changing of cream my skin is no longer even some parts are black some are fair. I don't know the cream to use. I have used different types of creams and lotion. Right now I am using skin success it was good at first but now my skin is not just good again. Am thinking of getting QEI I want to know if its good I don't want to be too fair or look bleached because I used fair and white it was bad for me because I was too fair. I want something that will make my skin even and look natural and not bleached

^^^^ a good moisturizer is what you need. Give the skin time to heal.

using sponge is good but you are not to use the sponge that you use to bath. Sponge for the face should be different and soft.. I would say that we must use the scrub if we have any type of black heads or white heads. With the help of the scrub it is easily been removed. See an example at http://www.cellublue.com/

I've heard severally that it's not advisable to do this; that it could cause irritation/rashes and darken the skin. I dunno about the truth value, but since I stopped face scrubbing with a sponge, my facial skin looks better and I get less rashes. I use a facial scrub instead which has done wonders for my pretty oily face.

I sponge my face at most twice a month tho................gentle scrubbing.
