I am indeed sad with d situation of things in dis country.some fellow citizens believe themselvs 2 b above d law,nd superior to the nigerian civilian.brethren,the armed forces treat civilians lyk animals.dy do nt hav respect for us.how can a force man,who did nt even finish primary school be maltreating a graduate? Dis is an abuse of d human right.nd we say we ar in democracy.wat kind of democracy are we in.The other day i was on a b.r.t bus in trafic,nd d b.r.t bus mistakenly hit a military vehicle because d vehicle was vamping recklesly in d trafic.wen d little hit occurd,d militry personel drivin d vehicle came down nd stopd d b.r.t bus in d middle of d road.asiv dat was nt enough,he orderd our driver 2 come down bt dat 1 refused,den d militry guy attemted 2 assult our driver,bt was interceptd by d peopl on board.nw,evry body had 2 beg d army man 4 his own reckless driving.finaly he left. Bt my pain is dis.why shud he stop a b.r.t bus in d midle of d road,even wen he was d one at fault?y attempting 2 beat up a man lyk him because he's a soldier nd he knws d driver cant retaliate? U c,dis typ of a thing can nt hapen in an advancd country lyk d u.s.a.no matter whom he his,he dares nt touch a civilian.he wud b sued 4 assult.bt here in nigeria,whr our judiciary has failed.court marshal wud only b effectiv if d victim is rich or influencial.we cant continue lyk dis.After u hav sufferd 2 get a degree,serve d country through N.y.s.c,then one illetrate wud use his uniform 2 abuse nd dehumanize u nd u wud nt b able 2 retaliate by havn him prosecutd for assult.i use dis medium 2 preach 2 d nigerian youths,as we ar grown up nd gettin mor enlightnd.let us make impact into our judiciary system by empowering human rights violation disciplinary angencies 2 help take disciplinary action against any assult on d nigerian civilian by any sect of d armed forces.remain blessd,glory 2 nairaland,glory 2 nigeria.
