Nice question sir.

For five litres of Germicide (izal) use the following measurements:

1.Texapon------------1/2 tin milk cup

2. Pine oil------------ 1 cup

3. Phenol-------------1 cup

4. Lysol---------------1 cup

5. Carbolic acid------1 cup

6. Izal concentrate---1 cup

7. Izal booster--------1 cup

8. Whitener----------1/2 cup

9. Water--------------1.5 litres

Note: you can always increase the quantity of your whitener if you feel it's not white enough.

Thanks.

Sir, the measuring cup, is it also the tin milk cup? You only specify for the Texapon. The rest u only indicated 1 cup.

appreciate you sir. But i just need the logic of estimating d materials. Like if i want to varie the litres of production base on my desire like 7lit, 25lit, 15lit etc becos i understand that the demand for it may not be so high so that one will not produce in excesses or is there a specific range of litres for production?

it all depends on where u stay. In my area in Benin, there re different class of ppl. Customized bottles of 50cl goes for b/w 120 to 150 naira. U ve to put into consideration cost of d bottles. Yes over here d demand is very high

If you read most of Strongbest lessons, the amount of water is the main basis for determining the litres of production. The more the litres of water, the less the thickness of the liquid soap except for germicide where the amount of water would be less.

I believe we can get the empty plastic bottles at Ojota Chemical Mkt or elsewhere.

@Strongbest, I am mostly concerned about differentiating fake chemicals from original since we know that some people can be cunning just to make money.

Heylloo ma'am, sorry for any confusion. However ma, whenever you see tin milk cup, it means the normal tin milk cup and whenever you see tomato tin cup it means the smallest tomato (delica) tin cup.

I'm actually using that means of measurement because it's very easy to find them around.

Hope it's clear ma. Please, feel free to ask more questions anytime.

Thanks.

Alright Sir, but it's just all about a little maths and you'll get it right.

Nonetheless, I'm going to explain everything in units, I will put it in such a way that you can produce any quantity you want anytime. Even if you want to produce 1/2 litre or 1/3 litre you will be able to do that anytime.

Thanks.

Yes Sir, you are very right. Especially, the chemicals for germicide. If you are given adulterated chemicals, it can affect the end product. But then, if you have used the real ones once or twice, you'll definitely be able to identify altered ones.

Just make sure you get from a reputable chemical store, I believe there are more of real sellers than the fake ones.

Thanks.

Strongbest: PROCEDURE

Step 1. Turn the texapon into an empty bowl

Step 2. Add the pine oil and stir properly

Step 3. Add the phenol and stir also

Step 4. Add the chloxylenol and stire properly

Step 5. Add the IPA (isopropanol) and stir thoroughly

Step 6. Finally, add water to the content and stir properly.

Amen to your prayers ma'am.

Sorry for not stating when to add the colourant. The colour should be the last thing to add. Just dissolve the colour in water and add slowly till you obtain your desired colour.

Thanks.
