How can one explain such an exponential rise in subsidy receipts when there was no corresponding rise in the usage of petroleum products?? The most tell tale indicator that it was a carefully orchestrated theft is the fact that it happened in an election season!!

Nigerian would do themselves a huge favour by voting out this crop of morbidly corrupt class of humanoids from the corridors of power!
