were u charged for the service?....did u get a notification that ur BBC plan has been activated?...if yes,reboot ur device,check ur APN and change it from blackberryx.net to blackberry.net . If u were charged but not notified or not charged at all,call customer care.

I'm not so sure if its dsame on Q5,but lemme give u d description as it is on my Q10.

Go to settings-> network and connections-> mobile network .....u'll see a settings icon at d bottom of d screen.select it and u'll see ur APN settings there. Just enter blackberry.net and press save at d top right of the screen.

If this doesn't help you,then there's nothing more I can do. Just remember that Google is ur friend.

I did BB unlimited (2gb @1.5k) on a new BB Z3 last month but the stuff didn't work. I observed I was been charged PAYU from call credits.
Meanwhile when I check data balance the 2gb will show. However the unlimited is active and working fine on my S3.

You know the craziest thing? After 2 days the 2gb balance disappeared without trace!
Till today I just kept the phone one side.

lol Guy Remember that BIS dont work on BB10 devices cos they av their own plan. So check if u actually did BIS or BB10 plan on ya z3 tho glo BIS works on bb10 phones.

airtel bis works on bb10 device just make sure ur apn is Internet.ng.zain.com u can try it with 100naira for 80mb daily bis. I use it always but the best is glo 1k for 3gig

Yeah ah only said that Glo BIS works on BB10 phones. Airtel too do work dont know bout of recent if it still works cos i use Glo. Mtn n Etisalat dont work

I think u have to root ur android and then change the serial imei. Don't really know

It's been more than one month since u decided to try out d 2000# airtell package. Have u? How was it?

Oh yeah. I've even forgotten this thread.
They restored the data after several complaints, but then that offer on non-BB devices is a fraud. It usually delivers half of the data promised.
I use the Android data of 2Gb @2k now, and it pretty much takes me through the month.

Pls just to confirm,is glo Bis still working on BB 10 ?, I intend getting a bb 10 phone next week but only strictly because of the data,pls guys should help me confirm,let me know if I'll just get android and use mtn night plan
