I woke up this morning with a reminder on how I have never had a good experience with this company. It is normal to have issues in business but dealing with these issues is the hallmark of a succesful businesses. Needless to say this should always factor in the satisfaction of your customers since they remain the backbone of you company whether or not you readily agree.

Airtel as a telecom company since I can remember have never resolved any of the issues I had with them while they were my main telecomm serv provider. Issues i experienced include unsuccessful call credit recharge, Irregular and unwarranted charges on outgoing calls (experienced a lot of this before i decided to stop using the line), slow internet speed to poor network reception. These are just some of the bottle necks I have experienced with this coy none of which was ever resolved when complaint was made. Recently my Mom got a call credit card and recharge with no success and on the second trial the message responded "this voucher has already been used by you" while her phone account has not been credited. Since then there has been lots of attept to get through to the customer care, all futile attempts with no agent picking up the calls. What coy on earth does not respond to customers complains.

I must say this reinforces my convictions that this telecomm coy is one of the worst in Nigeria if not the worst.

you're really not alone brother, i will blame the body regulating them. however i will advice you to PORT to other network if they continue to frustrate you

So sad but their kenyan operations is doing well. Good and cheap calls and their internet speed is cool, which am getting 15GB/Weekly for N2,465 or sometimes their club night package which is 500MB for N38/daily (midnight to 6a.m).

I already joined another telecom coy but one way or the other they are all extorting Nigerians..

Internet in Nigeria is one of the most expensive in the world if not the most expensive. I use sky in the UK and for 19 pounds which is roughly 5000 naira for unlimited and very fast internet but in Nigeria I use swift and pay 29,000 naira for just 20 Gb. Isn't that amazing? Needless to say the speed sometimes is not worth the while..

Wow that feels harsh. I never seize to be amazed by my fellow Nigerians. This is a country where you get insulted for doing the right thing. I haveturned into a dishonest person for not going through network hackers like you do right? I think you should think before you type next time cos you just showed you are a thief and a scammer and the likes of you will abuse politicians and people in govt when you are all the same. Then you keep wondering why this country will never progress. #blameitonthegovernment.
