I really try my best to get 8 hours of sleep but often I can only manage 6 hours on a productive day. There's just too much to be done in the day.
I just often feel so tired and sleepy especially in the afternoons just as I'm about to study... maybe the material is that boring grin

On a serious note, what can I use to stay alert without resorting to study drugs such as Retelin which can be very harmful in the long run. Just simple things I can do each day for the next month.

I just want that kick in my step... if you know what I mean cheesy

Any advice is appreciated

ur feet in a bowl of water and a cup of coffee would do....if sleep comes u will need to paste a gum tape on those eye lids! lol!
