“Nigeria leads the world in criminal
enterprises” – US journalist showers insults
on Nigerians

A US journalist has hurled a series of insults
on Nigerians, just weeks after a US Senator Ted
Cruz described Nigerians as scammers in a bid
to mock Obamacare website. Ann Coulter in an
article titled, ‘To speak to a Nigerian Prince
about your healthcare, press ’1′ now,’ says
criminals are running the Obamacare website
and most of them are inmates and Nigerians.
Read excerpts below…
This week we found out that the tens of
thousands of “navigators” hired by the
government to enroll people in Obamacare will
include convicted felons.
Despite some “navigators” having already been
exposed as having arrest warrants against
them, the Department of Health and Human
Services (HHS) has no plans to screen out the
criminals.
The problem isn’t their complexion, it’s their
culture. In America, we think only dumb
people become criminals. That’s not true in
the Third World!
Nigeria, for example, leads the world in
criminal enterprises. Every level of Nigerian
society is criminal, with the smart ones
running Internet scams, the mid-range ones
running car theft rings, and the stupid ones
engaging in piracy and kidnapping. At the
University of Lagos, you can major in credit
card fraud.
There were almost no Nigerians in the United
States until the 1970s. Today, there are nearly
250,000 Nigerians in the U.S. (committing the
cyber-crime Americans just won’t do!). In
2011, we took in more immigrants from
Nigeria than from the United Kingdom (9,246
from the U.K. and 9,344 from Nigeria).
Gosh, I sure hope our new Somali and Nigerian
immigrants have German-style rectitude and
are very honest about reporting all their
income to the government.

Do you know that Nigerians are exploring
their family already in USA? Lock your door.
They all came with forged papers.
Nigerian today are not honest or hard
working like us, that we get the record of

Now knowing what the new Nigerians are
today. I have been in US early 1970.
Worked very hard to build my empire. Paid
for my sons college. From Restaurant to
construction. Injured. Build my house in a
small town. One day my neighbor told me, a
Nigerian bought a house down hill, to
welcome them. I did. We bought clothes for
the kids brought here from Nigeria. A
neighbor told me about this guy stealing
from business neighbors. When I talked to
the wife, she said (it is okay to steal) To my
surprise, this Nigerian guy started to ask me
to borrow him money, helped him fix his
house and much more. I did without charge
him for labor. Suddenly the Nigeria guy
came to steal 6-8 chickens in my yard.
When I told neighbor about the theft, the
Nigerian guy confronted me and threatened
me, that I better shot up and if I tell
anybody again, I will get in trouble. The
Nigeria guy is 56yrs old and I am 70yr old
trying to help my fellow Nigerians. He met
me in this Country. What is going on in the
brain of Nigerians? It is problem that
people will think all Nigerians are criminals.
Now that I know what is going on, may be
my family needs NAME CHANGE.

Wow what an amazing piece of utterly
rubbish. It’s also rich coming from someone
who knows nothing about our continent. I
truly agree with the comments made by S
Balogun. The thieves are you Americans and
European who forever think you’re above
the law, invading other countries for their
mineral resources and then you have a heart
to talk about Nigerians being criminals.
Listen here, instead of worrying or writing
about things you have absolutely no idea of,
I’ll suggest you better focus on your
country. Where do you get off spreading
malicious hogwash, yes we do have our
flaws but don’t make our continent, yes I’ll
say continent because when you talk about
one of our country, you are talking to all
Africans. How about you take your opinions
and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine.
Focus on your bankrupt, crime affected
interfering in other people’s business
country and leave us in pieces, but not
pieces. Big up to all my Nija and African
people through out the world. One love
from South Africa xx

The real Nigerians are not criminals, the real nigerians hate stealing , cyber crime, corruption etc just that there are too many ghost citizens parading themselves as Nigerians at Aso rock, in the house of assembly, in the judiciary and everywhere up there. Just as the indigenous americans have been relegated today so are the true Nigerians. Moreover, who destroyed our currency through support pretence, who manufactured weapons of mass destruction and supplied to ensure that there is no peace in Africa? Who is the achitect of african woes?

US should stop trying hard to tarnish our image by using farmiliar Nigerian names on faceless forums. We know you don't care about us just like our rulers.

Op pls post the source. angry

Sometimes i begin to think or rather wonder, what these western countries really think the rest of the world, esecially Africe and the Arab world are.A kinda 'senseless buffons' i guess?.
What do they especially US and Britain, really see themselves as,a kinda super-humans i guess?.
Your governments invade Africa, using indirect means of 'aids',to scam us,and take away our human and natural serious,to build your land.
Your governments invade the Arab world, using maximium force,to coerce them into doing your biddings, and installing your puppets, thereby stealing their oil and other resources by proxy.
You think the rest of the world is dumb?.

Well, karma is a bitch!.you use organised criminalities via your government agencies to pillage and impovrish the rest of the world, rendering them and their children futureless and hence, hopeless, and you think it won't have boomeranging effect?.you guys must be silly!.
My advice is for you guys,to be ready to accomodate the rest of the world, for viciously ursuping their future.
You must also try and expand your prison facilities, cos' the rest of the world ain't happy andymore.

BTW,who said the west(especially US and UK),are good?.last i checked, you people invadded many countries, and colonized them ,especially Britain.part of the problem you guys created, especially that idiot Lugard,is what we are passing through now.
Mtchww.Nonsense!.

need a miracle: rogue trader Kweku Adoboli who lost UBS £1.3bn
Kweku Adoboli, a 31-year old City trader at UBS, suspected of carrying out Britain’s biggest banking fraud was arrested at his desk after posting an internet message saying: “I need a miracle.

Kweku Adoboli, the 31-year-old UBS trader who has been arrested in connection with rogue trading at the Swiss bank

Mr Adoboli is alleged to have lost £1.3 billion before his bosses at the Swiss-based investment bank UBS discovered the rogue trades.
The scandal wiped £4 billion off the value of shares in UBS, affecting thousands of pensioners whose funds had invested in the company.
It also shook City workers who thought banks had eliminated such risks following the case of Jérôme Kerviel, the Paris-based Société Générale worker who lost £4 billion in 2008.
Mr Adoboli was held at 3.30am yesterday at UBS’s Finsbury Avenue office in London after the firm contacted City of London Police at 1am when the alleged fraud was uncovered.

Last night he was being questioned on suspicion of fraud and abuse of position.
The Ghanaian-born banker, a graduate of Nottingham University, works as a “market maker”, advising clients on the prices at which they should buy and sell shares or other assets.
Exactly how he is alleged to have racked up such huge losses is unclear. The bank’s £1.3 billion loss compares with £827 million lost by Nick Leeson in 1995, which caused the collapse of Barings Bank.
Mr Adoboli’s father John, a retired United Nations employee, said from his home in Tema, Ghana, that his son had made “a mistake or wrongful judgment”.

He said: “We are all here reading all the materials and all the things being said about him. The family is heartbroken because this is not our way of life.
“I brought them up to be God-fearing and to appreciate decency. Growing up and through to school days they were very brilliant and respectful.”

Mr Adoboli was educated at the £19,635-per-year Ackworth boarding school near Pontefract, West Yorks, and is described as a “computer whiz” by friends. Neighbours said he had been working long hours recently, often at night, and rarely seemed to be at his east London home.
Before he was arrested, he had changed his status on his Facebook page to “I need a miracle”.

The loss uncovered by UBS is almost exactly the same amount the bank was trying to save by cutting 3,500 jobs from its worldwide empire. The bank insisted none of its clients had lost money as a result of the trades, but City analysts said UBS could suffer “significant reputational damage”.
Louise Cooper, of BGC Partners, said: “Rich people tend not to want to do business with a bank where there are questions over risk control.”
The bank said the unauthorised trades could lead to it losing money in the third quarter of the year. Oswald Gruebel, UBS’s chief executive, described the loss as “distressing” and said he “will spare no effort to establish how it happened”.
Mr Adoboli, who until recently lived in a £1,000-a-week loft apartment in the City, is described by friends as “a really relaxed, happy guy”.
Recently, however, he had spoken to friends about the pressures of working in the City following the financial downturn, describing it as a “fight”. In a statement, UBS said: “UBS has discovered a loss due to unauthorised trading by a trader in its investment bank.
“The matter is still being investigated, but UBS’s current estimate of the loss on the trades is in the range of $2 billion. It is possible that this could lead UBS to report a loss for the third quarter of 2011. No client positions were affected.”

Mr Adoboli’s arrest came on the third anniversary of the collapse of Lehman Brothers, seen as the pivotal moment in the worldwide banking crisis.
UBS was one of the banks which had to bailed out at the height of the banking crisis, accepting help from the Swiss government because of its “toxic” assets in 2008. In the same year it was accused by the FBI of helping clients to evade tax, and agreed to pay a fine of $780 million (£493  million). UBS employs 6,000 people in the UK and 65,000 worldwide. Its staff were told about the alleged fraud in a round-robin email yesterday morning.
The news brings into question the role of the Financial Services Authority, which failed to spot the unauthorised trades despite regulations which
require banks to monitor their employees’ trading positions on an hourly basis.

In what is thought to be the biggest case of its kind so far, police detained Maurice Asola Fadola, 31, who is thought to be behind a series of "romance frauds" – targeting women through dating sites, and fabricating an elaborate series of stories to convince them to send money to Ghana.

The British victim, who did not want to be named, struck up a relationship over the internet with a man she believed to be an American soldier serving in Iraq.
After several months of correspondance, in which he told of his life dodging bullets and bombs, he told her that he was leaving the army – and perhaps they could meet up. But while his luggage was being returned to the US, there were a series of "problems" which the British woman was enticed into helping out – to the eventual cost of £271,000.
The head of the Ghanaian Serious Fraud Office described Mr Fadola as a suspected "kingpin", and his arrest after months of painstaking intelligence gathering is the high point of a joint Ghanaian-British campaign against alleged romance frauds.
Last month officers from the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) travelled to the Ghanaian capital of Accra to work alongside Ghanaian police in arresting Mr Fadola.
Officers had planned to mount a "sting" operation; setting traps for when he came to collect money they had sent to a money transfer service, or lying in wait for him to pick up a parcel of laptops or mobile phones from the Post Office.
Police froze his bank accounts, and when he came into the Serious Fraud Office in Accra to try and brazen his way into releasing the funds, he was arrested.
Mr Fadola, who lived in a luxurious mansion on the outskirts of Accra, is being held in custody and questioned over money laundering and passport offences, which carry a maximum sentence of 25 years.
Colin Woodcock, head of SOCA's fraud department, said that his team was working alongside Ghanaian authorities, sharing policing techniques with local forces to track down the fraudsters.
"At first we thought it was just people sending £50 here or there," he said, "but although the bulk are small frauds, now we know that some people are being robbed of hundreds of thousands.
"It's an international problem, involving police forces from across the globe working together to squeeze the criminals."
More and more cases of romance fraud are being discovered.
In August last year Philip Hunt, 58, threw himself under a train after losing £82,000 in a romance fraud. He had met a Nigerian girl on the internet, who convinced him to spend the money with promises of starting a life together.
"These people are out to get people when they are very vulnerable and at a low ebb. They're in there like vultures," Lesley Smith, Mr Hunt's former partner, told the inquest into his death.
Mr Woodcock said: "The bottom line is: don't give anyone your money. Imagine you'd met someone in a pub for the first time, and they said I'd love to see you again but can you buy me a laptop?
"We're seeing an explosion in this. Everyone is on online dating nowadays, and criminals have cottoned onto it. These people destroy lives. It's loss on a catastrophic scale."
