A physical presence is needed in that midfield and fast. Someone like a khedira or a javi martinez(pipe dreams i know) would do us a whole lot of good. Wenger tactics was spot on, but he doesn't have the players to carry it out(which is his fault).

As for ozil, he started off brightly and faded off as the game progressed. He looks disinterested and i don't blame him....i blame wenger who doesn't know how to use him.

Wenger tactics were wrong.

Wilshere unbalances the whole team,it's not a mystery that the whole team suffers when he plays,and the team appear world class with cutting edge when he doesn't. Our best performances this season( Aston villa and Galatasaray) all came with Wilshere on the bench,and Ozil playing at the middle.

Wilshere was the flop of the match for me, he was supposed to be our playmaker in this match, but he wasn't able to thread one through pass for welbeck, all he does is run with ball,run into chelsea players and lose the ball, he equally missed a sitter.

Wenger should either play Ozil in the middle, or bench him. By not playing Chamberlain, on the wings we lost our width, as Ozil was useless there, and we left Chambers at the mercy of Hazard as Ozil wasn't helping him, Chamberlain on the wings would have kept Hazard busy and make things easier for the team.

Again, it's wenger's fault that we ended up with as a DM,a better DM would have brought Hazard down before he entered the 18 yard box.
