my brother that's wat all these people who don't know PH don't understand. Where that monorail is, totally uncalled for. Its waste of money. Unless it extends all the way to d airport. Yet I feel all that money should have been invested in more road construction and repairs

dont mind them, and someone is comparing the economic value of the few kilometers of monorail which only phase1 completed WITH the hundreds of kilometers of re-vamped national rail. The economic value of Goods alone transported on national rail will dwarf the monorail value
