Pls HELP!!! For the past three months I have spent over 10k trying to fix a problem with my BBZ10 that started when I tried upgrading my OS, and since then my phone goes completely blank, other times it freezes and the colour diminishes till it fades out completely and then starts re booting itself, I have tried re installing the OS several times but no avail, sometimes when it tries to come on, it refuses to boot completely and then goes blank again and keeps repeating that process till it eventually stays on or it drains the battery completely...pls what could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Same thing happens to my bold5. But it started working fine again when I reinstalled the OS. Reinstalling the OS is the best option. I don't know maybe you didn't do it well sha.

Pls run for your life before d phone finish u oo....my tecno p5 almost killed me before i abadoned it just like a month after buying it with no phone repairer in ado-ekiti can solve my issue....i was like,why will i travel from ado ekiti to lagos or benin calcare on a phone with expensis totaling up to 6-8k?....bro i fink u should abadon d phone till wen d issue will easier for phone repairers to solve or sell it at knockdown price

@op. I don't know what you did but whenever u are updating a phone software, make sure you have enough power, mb and no interruption during the process. Secondly, your phone should still be under the warranty period if u bought it new n from slot. Sorry abt ur phone sha.

Good to know this now, will try that with my office wifi on Wednesday after the holiday, I just hope it works, if not na to find someone transfer the frustration on...My bro is ready to manage it.
