This is so wrong. Why bring it here? People make mistakes on quotations and he said the $50 earlier given was a mistake due to the weight.

You should have just pleaded with him on paying the balance later instead of your accusations that he played you.

$60 to ship a laptop from Usa to Nigeria.... (remove actual shipping fee which post offices charge around 40, remove bank tranfer charges of around $25, how much remain to go into my pocket?) u just rush in a hurry to type......
