The first reform is to change that Arc. heading the ministry. He can be transferred to ministry of housing if he must still remain as a minister. Can I get any mail box I will reach you with?

After an unfair and corrupt recruitment process through which incompetent deadwoods are employed (courtesy of connections, quota system, etc), you start running helter skelter to improve staff performance. What a joke. How can clueless employees give what they don't have? Instead of employing competent and qualified people, you employ only those who know senators and traditional rulers. Afterwards, you want them to perform excellently through so-called reform coordination. What is there to reform? Very annoying.

I see hurt in this but all you said is sadly the true tale of Nigeria. But we won't still vote a credible candidate after the whinning,we alone can change our country not leaders.

You don't get I need an idea or product to present but it must be in line with improving performance of workers,you write a proposal,I make it work,we execute the contract.
