Pls i have submitted my form and i have printed my slip, but trying to print my bio data page, it says "No record found for this e-mail address. Ensure you have completed your registration"

i logged into my portal with the same email and it worked, showing me change DOB and PRINT SLIP

i havnt resolved it i have called and send a mail. but no response yet

me too they hardly pick my calls,,,,,,they said there are so many mails witing to be responded to, that we should wait for some time

I was also affected. The email address that i saw there is a virtual one.pls anyone with the solution should help us.
