Chrisvicmall is expensive compared to agents like St Patrick's. I used them for buying and shipping. It took them days to place orders for the items and contact the Sellers. The shipping though was less than 14 days as seen on their webpage.

Good morning people. I just had this ugly experience yesterday. I shipped some my goods( watches) and when I asked IBL to go and get it for me, he told me that it was tampered with and 2 watches was collected. The shipping company said that it was customs. They told him to file a complain which he did. So am asking,how do I go about this? I would have just let it fly but the 2watches they collected are expensive. Thanks and waiting for suggestions

I have bought some items from both Lee and Rony before.

My advise: Don't patronise them.

Reasons: They work with Fafalux who lacks professionalism. Also, the sellers are damn rude, once they receive your money, you become on your own.
