The site is a blog site... **check for. meaning of blog sites** ......To create a blog site, u need to be registered to Google's - . com ...When created, it will be in this format =>> *yourchoosensitename.. com* ........for example, she chose to use her name - Linda Ikeji. So it became - lindaikeji..com

Well she can choose to create her personal website without relying on Google. All she needed was get a domain and IT technician to create it for her.

then the probability of anyone taking down her site, would be much less.

The Op of this thread knows nothing about internet marketing. Google can remove dot domains at any time. And Google is not a stupid company that will listen to idle talks.

Linda is senseless to be honest. Why would she be on dot for so long without buying a $10 per year domain? At worst she would be spending $10 per year and maybe at most $500 per year on hosting.

She lost everything now because she is not wise. To think I once sent an a proposal to help her move the site and even pointed out the merits of moving it.

Shameful.

Some of the comments here are just silly and disgusting. Why are people blaming her enemies for this? Someone doesn't want to pay $10 for domain name and maybe at worst $500 ( if she uses VPS or cheaper if she uses shared hosting ), Google decided to take their property from her and you all complain, that's her fault not the fault of a so called enemy.

Anyway Oga Seun pls dont delete my post oh. Please to all ladies and our women let's all endeavour to get a breast examination. A self breast examination wouldn't hurt every weekends during bath and after.

Breast cancer is real and it affects all ages irrespective of the size of the breast.

I have dedicated the rest of my time to educating women on breast cancer awareness .
So I have decided to open a blog specially for all cancer sufferers.

What is this rubbish. I mean what is this. What is the meaning of 'hackers' and 'haters'. Is there any website that isn't hacked or hated by one person or group out there. Then you posted a picture of her in front of her automobile (typically Nigerian - because you see too much poverty around you). What next....wax an album telling us how you rose from rags to riches and 'haters' should leave you alone...like we hear these days. Just pathetic.

google owns .com, and she hosted from .com so they have the rigth to block her

For Linda to be running on a sub domain, she don't owns totally right to her Blog. If she had a registered domain like lindaikeji.com it don't think google can do that shit even if they try to shut her, she can move her blog to another Platform.

Hope it would be resolved in days so she could have rest of mind and keep doing what she always do.

I heard that some domain in linda's name were registered as far back as 2007. That showed that those guys have been waiting patiently and paying hosting fees in the hope that linda will wake up one day and switch to her own domain so they can make some money outta of her ignorant mind on how the internet works. When nairaland was hacked, linda made a comment that that is her reason for not having a website hence sticking with blogger. That alone rattled those behind the registered domains of not having a pay day after wasting money. Lol. Hence intensified efforts to chase her out into the wild. Those boys are real machavillians using the end justifies the means principle of having a pay day by all means whether linda likes it or not.lol. Linda has told em she's aint buying no shit and has moved to .mobi. As an observer of this power play it getting quite comical. Now is the time that linda needed a right thinking guy beside her to see this through. Her current mindset won't win this for her. Linda, lets mingle.
