Am an undergraduate currently doing two unrelated Bsc courses in different universities (will be through in both schools by next year, God willing). Am confused -and scared, I must add- about the future in Nigeria. I know Nigeria is blessed and all that, but we all know that its always about who you know and how well connected one is.
The business space in Nigeria looks unfriendly to us undergraduates, from the angle am looking at it. My question is how and what can I do to be on my way to success and happiness? Do I need to go for any special course? Or develop certain skill.
Is it better to travel abroad, if I get the opportunity?

Dude if you have the opportunity to travel abroad take it. If you want to stay back in the country have concrete plans with contigencies i.e. back up plans.
Like this: if I can't find a job after graduating what is my plan B; and if plan B fails what will be my plan C. Just like you correctly asserted Nigeria is a tough environment. To live in it with just one line of action may be suicidal.

I get this feeling, at times, that studying is not always the ultimate, in the sense that there are hundreds of first class graduate still roaming about jobless. Tho I know that everybody's luck is not the same.
Forgive my pessimism, but it all seems blank, at times.
