This is not a domestic issue, it involves two countries. You don't because a thing is tolerated in your country, do it in another country. Beside the two countries other international organizations involved in arms and money could come in.

Someone educate me..
If some western Companies lost the bid to the arms company in SA.Does it not behold the FG to follow the due process to transact the deal with the company in SA?..The fed govt knows they have a sour relation with SA and yet went ahead into this mess..who are we to believe?...there could still be more than meets the eye...this is why I sometimes says those advisers around GEJ are not professional advisers but road side advs kiss

You logic is flawed because didn't catch Nigeria illegally transferring money on Ghana soil but on their on soil. Let me rephrase, you catch a guy on your farm land harvesting his yams, and you shout thief, did you do any wrong? Is it not your farm land, where they not caught on south Africa soil by south Africans.?
